Filter Records with Add Filter

Beyond search, most grids let you narrow the list with Add Filter. Filters stack, so you can combine several conditions to find exactly the records you need.

Add and Combine Filters

   Open Add Filter

   Select Add Filter in the top bar to open the filter panel.

   Choose a field and value

   Pick a field (for example, Status) and the value to match (for example, Active).

   Apply

   The list updates and the active filter appears as a chip, e.g. Status: Active.

   Add more or reset

   Add further filters to narrow the list, or select Reset to clear them all.
