Highlights

See how each performance fee was calculated

Why it matters. Brokers need a consistent explanation for individual performance fee charges. A saved calculation helps support teams answer questions using values recorded at charging time.

What we changed. The Admin panel now shows the saved formula and inputs for eligible performance fee transactions.

Value for brokers. Support load. Staff can trace a charge without reconstructing past account settings. Investor trust. Clients can receive an explanation grounded in the recorded calculation.

Setup and scope. Administrators open an eligible performance fee in Fee Transaction Details. Older transactions without snapshots and other fee types have no breakdown. Charging rules remain unchanged. See the performance fee calculation guide for the saved rows.

Target in-app messages to selected users

Why it matters. Brokers sometimes need to show a time-bound notice to a defined group in the Web UI.

What we changed. The React Web UI displays active banners for selected recipients, filters by language, and records each user’s acknowledgement.

Value for brokers. Operations. Teams can target a specific audience with a relevant notice. Brand control. Language filtering aligns the message with the user’s configured language.

Setup and scope. The broker supplies text, recipients, and dates through the API. This release has no Admin campaign screen or broad audience segmentation.

Alert master traders when risk limits trigger

Why it matters. A master trader benefits from knowing when an account risk limit triggers. Brokers can use the notification to explain a protective account state.

What we changed. A new Copy master risk-limit email trigger can identify the account, limit, and values at trigger time.

Value for brokers. Risk control. The notification gives context about the breached limit. Support load. Staff can answer follow-up questions using the trigger details.

Setup and scope. Administrators configure Master risk limit reached in Settings → Email Templates. Delivery requires an enabled template and working email transport. Investor subscription loss-limit emails are outside this release. Existing enforcement remains unchanged. See the Email templates guide for setup.

Review fee plan and promo offer activity

Why it matters. Brokers need an accountable record of client changes to fee plans and promo offers.

What we changed. Client actions now record fee plan creation and promo offer changes, including saved before-and-after context for the latter.

Value for brokers. Compliance. Administrators can trace the actor and saved context for a change. Support load. Filters narrow reviews to the relevant event type.

Setup and scope. Administrators use Logs → Users and filter Entity by Fee Plan or Promo Code. Existing Logs permissions apply. Earlier activity is not backfilled. Saving a changed fee plan creates a new plan.

Control master cards by product

Why it matters. Brokers may want different subscription-page layouts for Copy, MAM, and PAMM.

What we changed. A product-specific Web UI setting controls whether the master trader card appears beside the subscription form.

Value for brokers. Brand control. Brokers can tailor each product’s subscription presentation. Operations. One setting controls the card across embedded pages for that product.

Setup and scope. Administrators set Show master card on Create Subscription in each product’s Web UI Settings. When visible, existing score, follower, and chart settings still apply. Leaderboard controls remain separate. See the Web UI settings guide for this control.

Identify fee types in webhook events

Why it matters. Integration teams need to distinguish fee categories and later debt collection in reconciliation workflows.

What we changed. The existing fee.charged webhook adds fee_type for the base category and is_debt for later debt collection.

Value for brokers. Operations. CRM and reconciliation systems can classify each event using explicit fields. Support load. Teams can distinguish debt collection from a new fee.

Setup and scope. Integrations receive these fields after the updated backend is deployed. The event and charged amount remain unchanged. This payload change has no product screen.
