Copy trading
- Best for retail clients.
- Designed for simplicity — users need minimal understanding of the mechanics behind it.
- Each follower keeps their own account, with instant deposits, withdrawals, and unsubscriptions.
PAMM
- Suitable for both retail and professional money management.
- Flexible Leaderboard: can run with or without it; without the Leaderboard it can act as a MAM for professional managers.
- Widely understood as an investment fund, which makes it easy to explain.
- Deposits and withdrawals are not processed immediately (they run on rollover), which is more complex for retail investors than copy trading.
MAM
- For institutional or professional money managers only.
- Full control — managers adjust allocation settings for each investor.
- A broad term for any structure where the manager fully controls allocation; in some setups PAMM may also be considered MAM.
