Concluding an Impactful Attendance at the iFX Asia Hong Kong

After three exciting days at the iFX Asia 2025, we are pleased to share with you the highlights of our time in Hong Kong for this prestigious event. On 26-28 October, we shared the floor with thousands of professionals from over 120 countries to exchange ideas and discuss the latest trends in fintech, payment technology, online trading, and more.

Discussing Liquidity with John Murillo

On the 2nd day of the event, John Murillo, Chief Business Officer at B2BROKER, joined an exciting panel discussion titled “The Invisible Hand of Liquidity: Powering Every Trade”.

The panel brought together executives from leading firms, such as Equiti Capital, CBCX, Match-Prime Liquidity, Kama Capital, and Finalto. The discussion highlighted how liquidity underpins Asia’s trading ecosystem amid fragmented markets and diverse regulations.

John shared exclusive insights on how providers are blending synthetic liquidity through algorithmic aggregation and synthetic instruments with traditional institutional flow to improve execution, manage risk, and allocate capital efficiently.

Addressing Fintech Growth with Moustapha Abdel Sater

On the 3rd day of the event, Moustapha Abdel Sater, Chief Commercial Officer at B2BROKER, joined a panel discussion at the main Speaker Hall, discussing “Built to Last or Bound to Break? Can Traditional Banks Survive the Fintech Era?”.

This interesting topic was discussed by fintech leaders, including Capitalixe, Alpaca, StashAway, Olea Global Pte., besides B2BROKER’s COO.

The panel discussed the future of banking in Hong Kong and the wider APAC region as fintechs scale rapidly and challenge traditional institutions. Moustapha Abdel Sater highlighted how banks can leverage fintech partnerships, embedded finance, and BaaS, and which players are best positioned to meet evolving consumer and business demands.
