2014

Born to shine

B2Broker commenced operations in 2014, entering the market with two products: a white label MT4 /MT5 solution and traders room and back office software for brokers integrated with MT4/MT5. The company set on its course to develop and broaden its range of products and services to an expanding client base. At this early stage, B2Broker had one office, 12 employees and 2 clients.

New home

The following year, 2015 saw the development of the first fully-fledged CRM-system for brokers. The company also reached a further important milestone after developing the first platform for launching a Forex brokerage business in just 2 weeks.

First awards

In 2016, the company went on to expand its product line, adding aggregated liquidity from 3 different liquidity providers and a range of legal and financial services. B2Broker also added PAMM/MAM/Copy Trading into its product line. In addition, the company also added liquidity on shares and launched a package offering under the banner of Forex Broker Turnkey. B2Broker opened an office in Kiev and with a new website and saw its employee numbers expand to 20, with 5 clients (CIS, Europe).

International player

In its quest to penetrate the Asian market, B2Broker opened an office in Hong Kong in 2017 while integrating PrimeXM and OneZero into its service offerings. This was an important year for the company as awareness continued to grow with unprecedented demand for its products and services across the globe. International expansion was a key part of the growth strategy for the company as more and more clients were onboarded worldwide.

B2Broker entered the world arena visiting more than 15 expos during the year and onboarding 30 clients from more than 10 countries. Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Malaysia, Czech Republic with 35 employees in its team.

2018

Getting stronger

In 2018, B2Broker opened an office in Cyprus, bringing the total to three offices globally and its total number of employees to 60. In this year, the company launched a new project called B2BinPay which allows merchants to start accepting cryptocurrency as a payment method. B2BinPay was set to become one of the company’s leading and most successful projects. With a meticulously planned schedule to build on its early successes the company also launched its drive to develop B2BX, a professional digital asset exchange, featuring for the first time in Coinmarketcap.com early on in the year.

Working as a team

B2Broker continued to expand its offerings while venturing into new horizons, achieving further company representation and increased visibility across the globe. 2019 was a huge year for the company in terms of expo attendance with a schedule including Consensus and iFX Expo that took B2Broker’s leading company representatives far and wide across the globe. The company also played a prominent part in one of the industry’s leading events. In addition, the company’s headcount further expanded to handle its increasing client base, reaching nearly 100 employees.

Best of the best

2020 was undeniably the most successful, albeit challenging years for B2Broker due to the onset of Covid-19. Nevertheless, big strides were made as this year saw the acquisition of several licenses which allowed the company to operate under the required jurisdictions. The company also secured FCA AEMI approval to offer e-payment services in the UK and Europe. In terms of new products, B2Broker introduced B2Core to bring a new pack-based trader’s room concept to businesses and B2Margin, its white label margin exchange trading platform. One of the main highlight projects of the year was the launch of it’s much lauded new website and corporate branding to align with its corporate development and expansion plans. The company was also proud to receive the Global Forex Award 2020 for Best CRM provider and Finance Magnates Best Crypto Payment Solution for B2BinPay. To date the company has 8 offices and over 161 employees.

Reporting our results is an annual occurrence for our business, covering our achievements and work carried out by the company. 2020 was a particularly active year in terms of client acquisition and new licences, opening new doors for us across the globe.

One of our most important projects was the launch of our innovative new website of a standard not seen in the industry before and reflecting our position as the leading global technology and liquidity provider.

B2Broker dealt with over 15,000 leads during 2020, originating from various sources worldwide. Our brand continues to penetrate the global markets, bringing us more opportunities and heightened interest in our products. 2020, saw a total of 125 sales and new clients added to the company’s portfolio.
Webinars
This year saw the launch of our new webinar series to wide acclaim. We were pleased to be one of the first to take advantage of the necessity to conduct more of our business online in this way during 2020, and have gone on to host sessions on our main products and services, as well as securing new clients along the way.
Finding new friends
Our employee headcount rose by nearly 60% across all departments during 2020. This increase is represented in the infographic. We continue to seek the industry’s leading talent, from developers and product managers to sales and marketing personnel, to assist B2Broker in delivering the very best solutions available, while supporting the company’s expansion plans.
New licences
With the ever-increasing importance of regulation, B2Broker was happy to secure regulatory approval from some of the industry’s leading bodies including CySEC and FCA, amongst others.

The acquisition of these new licences in 2020 provided B2Broker with the means to conduct business in new jurisdictions, enabling the company to onboard new clients and expand its overall business.

2021

Another year older!

After emerging from a successful 2020 despite the challenges presented by Covid-19, 2021 brought with it an even greater number of achievements in a year that saw B2Broker reach unanticipated heights.

A full-on year in every respect, B2Broker was proud of all its successes and extensive work completed during the year. From product launches to several prestigious industry award wins, the company took a giant leap forward, which was reflected in the substantial growth of its client base in 2021.

In terms of accolades, the company secured the “Best White Label Solution 2021” award, one our most notable wins to date, which was awarded to us for our industry leading turnkey solutions at FMLS21 expo. Our newest CySEC licence acquisitions, together with our latest office openings (London, Dubai, Tallinn), and our main new product releases and updates, including B2Core and B2Trader, were the icing on the cake and ended the year on a high.

On the corporate communications side of things, 2021 saw our website development transition into becoming ”more than just a site, but a whole universe!”.

Liquidity
In 2022, we took our liquidity services to the next level – Now, with 200 retail brokers using our Crypto CFD liquidity, we’re at the top of the industry.

We’ve broadened our reach by adding over 150 CFD pairs, and by incorporating Centroid Solutions into our toolkit, we’ve enhanced our ability to distribute liquidity even further. On top of that, we’ve simplified our commission system and overall offerings.

All these achievements show how committed we are to offering top-notch liquidity solutions and keeping up with the market’s needs.
B2Prime Mauritius
In 2022, we celebrated another significant achievement: the launch of our Mauritius entity, now a fully regulated liquidity provider.

Securing a prestigious license from the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius was a major step forward to ensure our B2Prime Mauritius operations are reliable and transparent, under the careful watch of the FSC.

Regulation is essential for the complete legitimisation of the Forex and financial services industry. Our recent license acquisition ensures that an even broader range of clients worldwide can benefit from the highest level of protection provided by one of the world’s leading, multi-regulated technology and liquidity providers.
B2BinPay
In 2022, B2BinPay was one of our fastest-growing products, revolutionising the crypto processing industry.

We launched our new website, A Leading Crypto Processing & Blockchain Wallets, which serves as a centralised hub for our users. We also reduced commissions for our merchant and enterprise solutions, making our products more competitive and user-friendly. A thorough restructuring of commission tiers enhanced these benefits even further.

All our clients successfully transitioned to the new B2BinPay version (V2), and we rounded out the year by adding over 200 new tokens to our list of supported currencies.
B2Core
B2Core is our flagship product, which we have been developing since the beginning of our company. This year, we reached a milestone of 130 concurrent clients, including brokers, exchanges, payment systems, and even securities firms. 

In 2022, we released our API, enabling users to develop their front-end interfaces, external applications, and plugins, enhancing customisation and integration possibilities with B2Core tools.

Furthermore, we released an Android app for B2Core, which any of our clients can use free of charge. 
Marksman Hub
2022 was a revolutionary year for Marksman Hub, too. We expanded our integration capabilities, achieving full integration with major exchanges for both quote sessions and execution, providing a comprehensive set of features for efficient operations.

Additionally, we introduced perpetual futures, seamlessly integrated with top providers such as Huobi, Binance, BitStamp, Phoenix, and Kraken.

Furthermore, Marksman Hub now offers fully integrated features across exchanges, giving users a diverse range of execution and order options.

Throughout 2022, B2Broker successfully managed over 20,000 leads sourced from diverse corners of the globe. As we keep entering new territories, opportunities are plentiful, and the industry is increasingly acknowledging the B2Broker brand.

Transforming for new challenges!

2023 was an impactful year for us. We faced many challenges but also saw great changes. We set new benchmarks, reorganised our teams, attended more expos, and entered new territories. We shifted our focus from less successful ventures to prioritising efficiency and innovation, refining our procedures and policies and enhancing our software and business development strategies for better performance and growth.

Our achievements speak for themselves: we gained a new license, won 12 awards, opened offices in Yerevan and Dubai, welcomed 100 new team members, and attracted over 150 new clients.

A new beginning for B2Trader
B2Trader is being transitioned from an exchange to the brokerage platform. It’s going to support Crypto Spot, Perpetual Futures and CFD Asset Classes. Not to forget, it’s architecture is redesigned, front end is updated, new technologies implemented and more with a focus on Crypto Players and Multi-asset Brokers.
NDF Liquidity Launch
In 2023, we expanded our liquidity offerings to include Non-Deliverable Forwards (NDFs) as Contracts For Difference (CFDs), offering our clients unprecedented flexibility and convenience with next-business-day contract settlements.

Furthermore, we continued to upgrade our liquidity services by lowering margin requirements for several Crypto CFD pairs and revising our commission structures for our clients’ benefit.

We’ve also expanded our services to include a free setup of Prime Margin Accounts, offering direct connections to top platforms like OneZero, PrimeXM, and Centroid.

All these efforts are aimed at serving our clients better and proving our advantage in the competitive market.
New Peaks with B2BinPay
In 2023, B2BinPay software received major updates, introducing essential features to improve user experience.

The version 17 brought 14 stablecoins and 300 tokens, increasing the platform’s utility and flexibility. The version 18 was another important step, merging merchant and enterprise accounts into a unified, efficient system.

Additionally, in 2023, B2BinPay partnered with NanoX Ledger, offering state-of-the-art hardware wallets to clients and enhancing the security of their cryptocurrency holdings.

On the international front, B2BinPay secured a license in Italy, gaining entry into a dynamic market and strengthening its status as a leading crypto processing software provider.

In a significant stride towards expanding our global footprint and enhancing our capabilities, our company is proud to announce that we successfully secured Operatori Value Virtuali license in Italy. This milestone achievement marks a pivotal moment in our journey, unlocking new opportunities and reinforcing our commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions in the crypto processing sphere.
Technology advancements!
This year, B2Broker greatly improved its technical capabilities with the introduction of new and/or proven solutions.

We migrated many of our services to AWS to ensure optimal latency, high availability, and network stability. We also implemented Kubernetes for a more stable release experience and quicker setup of new instances. DDoS protection has been strengthened with CloudFlare.

Additionally, we implemented Grafana Monitoring to improve our B2Copy trade tracing capabilities, reducing the time required for analysis.

Our WebAPI has been rewritten in Go, enabling us to deliver changes more rapidly and without limitations on features and performance.
B2Core UI
In 2023, we launched an upgraded UI for our top-tier product, B2Core.

The Dashboard received a makeover with a customisable left bar, enabling users to tailor layouts for efficient financial monitoring. We implemented a component-based front-end architecture to boost development speed, ensuring a more dependable platform for CRM users. We also added a new right bar in the Wallet section, transforming transaction access and offering improved functionalities for deposit, withdrawal, internal withdrawal, transfer, and exchange options.

Notably, in 2023, we also integrated cTrader into the B2Core iOS app, giving our clients more convenience and flexibility. These upgrades represent a major step forward in our dedication to delivering the finest UX for our B2Core users.
A Third office in Dubai!
In 2023, we expanded our presence by opening two new offices: one in Yerevan and another in the distinguished DIFC district of Dubai.

Our Dubai office, named ‘Dress to Impress’, was specially designed for client meetings. We paid close attention to detail in selecting materials and furniture to ensure maximum comfort and effective soundproofing. Also, we added touches of vibrant colours like orange, blue, and even pink to create a lively atmosphere.

After over a year of renovations, our Dubai office is now ready to welcome a new era of productivity and collaboration.

This year, we proudly joined the Athletic Club football club as a sleeve sponsor.

It’s an honour for our company to support such a renowned and historic team like Athletic, whose fanbase extends far beyond Bilbao.

Through this partnership, we see a fantastic opportunity to introduce crypto processing to football fans across Europe.
