Highlights
Master traders choose which account receives their fees
Problem. Fees earned by a master trader are paid to a designated payment account. If no payment account was linked, the payout could land on the trading account instead, putting the money back into trading turnover rather than into an account that is convenient for withdrawals. Only the broker could set or change the destination from the Admin panel, so the master trader had to contact support and wait.
What we changed. A payment-account selector has been added to the master account card in the Web UI. The dropdown lists the master trader’s eligible accounts, and an Add Account button opens the same wallet-creation dialog used on the dashboard, so a newly created wallet appears in the list immediately. Once saved, all future fee payouts go to the selected account, and the master trader can change it at any time without contacting the broker.
Example. A master trader reviews their fee history and notices that the month’s earnings went to the trading account, while they would prefer a separate wallet. They open the master account card, select the wallet, and save — all future fees are paid there.
Key point for brokers. The feature is disabled by default and enabled separately for each product, so the broker decides where master traders get direct control over payout destinations. For setup and usage, refer to Let masters choose their payment account and Choose a payment account for master fees.

Export fee history to a file
Problem. Fees are one of the most sensitive parts of copy trading: master traders want to reconcile earnings and investors want to verify deductions. When the data existed only as an on-screen table, every reconciliation turned into screenshots and a support conversation.
What we changed. An Export to CSV button has been added to the fees screen. Both master traders and investors can download their own fee history and open it in a spreadsheet.
Example. A master trader closes the quarter, exports the fee history, reconciles it against their own records, and identifies a discrepancy without opening a support ticket.

Faster onboarding: two extra steps removed
Problem. On first login, users were shown a role-selection screen and had to choose between master trader and investor for each product.
What we changed. The account role is assigned automatically on first login when the broker has configured an unambiguous scenario, so the role-selection screen is skipped.
Example. A client registers, adds a wallet, and immediately reaches a working state: the role is already determined and the transfer account is already linked.
Key point for brokers. The behavior is controlled by broker settings. Where role selection is still meaningful, the role-selection screen remains. For details, refer to Assign an account role on first login.

Payment-account setup. From a master account's Payment account section, a client can register a trading account as a Wallet Account and assign it to receive fee payouts in the same action: Add & set as payment account. For details, refer to Choose a payment account for master fees.

Also released
- Leaderboard search now works by strategy name, trader nickname, and partial login, not only the exact account number.
- A deposit below the minimum amount no longer disconnects the investor from the strategy — the system shows the restriction and asks for a valid amount.
- A package of broker controls for stricter Web UI policies, useful when migrating to a new client portal: block wallet creation and conversions between accounts, hide the client name and communication language, require a wallet before an account currency can be chosen, and make position-visibility settings depend on statistics-visibility settings.
- Brokers can limit the maximum number of active Followers per strategy, protecting master traders from overload.
- A new Logs section in the Admin panel records which administrator changed which entity, with before-and-after states, as a foundation for audits and incident investigation.
- Product currency reference lists now support search, and administrator sessions no longer reset after a password change.
- Clearer client states: a blocked login shows a clear explanation, an authenticated client who follows an external link lands in the working Web UI, transfer-history load errors are shown explicitly, fee and allocation settings are no longer reset while editing the form, and clicking the logo leads to an available page.

Highlights
Early withdrawal fee in PAMM
Problem. PAMM is designed around an investment horizon: the master trader allocates capital on the assumption that funds stay in the pool until the end of the period. An early exit can disrupt that model and affect the other participants, and the broker had no built-in tool to regulate the behavior.
What we changed. An Early Withdrawal Fee block has been added to the PAMM fee plan with two parameters: a holding period in days that defines how long a withdrawal is considered early, and a percentage fee applied to the withdrawal amount. Investors see the terms before subscribing and in their subscription details.
Example. With a 30-day holding period and a 5% fee, an investor who withdraws $10,000 on day 10 has $500 withheld. Had they waited until day 31, no fee would apply.
Key point for brokers. The feature is disabled by default. A broker enables Early Withdrawal Lock-in in PAMM Web UI Settings and sets the maximum permitted lock-in period. A master trader then sets the lock-in period and percentage fee in the PAMM fee plan. Turning visibility off does not erase terms that were already saved. For setup and fee behavior, refer to Configure Early Withdrawal Fee and Early Withdrawal Fee for PAMM.

Partner share report for performance fees
Problem. A common commercial model gives a partner a share of the performance fee collected from the investors they brought in, rather than a fixed rate. This had to be calculated manually through database exports and custom spreadsheets — slow, hard to verify, and unusable as an official statement.
What we changed. A dedicated report page in the Admin panel shows how much performance fee was collected and how much of it is allocated to partners, with four views of the same data: by partner, by master account, by month, and by source account. The reporting period and account set are configured at the top, and one report can combine several independent commercial arrangements.
Example. The agreement is 10% of the performance fee collected from a partner’s investor group. Over the period $100,000 in performance fees are collected, so the partner is entitled to $10,000 — and the report shows which accounts and months produced it, making the number defensible in a partner discussion.
- Only fees that were actually withheld and successfully paid are counted; profit “on paper” is not.
- Several independent agreements are supported at once: different account groups, periods, and percentages.
- Fees collected before an agreement’s start date are excluded.
Key point for brokers. This is not the same mechanism as IB rebates. Rebates are paid from the broker’s wallet on volume in lots, while this report covers a partner’s share of performance fees already collected — the two should be described separately in sales materials.

Social links in the strategy profile
Problem. Investors choose people as well as numbers, and a master trader with a public channel can look more credible than an anonymous line in a ranking. There was nowhere to add links, so traffic moved off-platform without any structured support.
What we changed. A Social Media section in account settings lets master traders add links to their channels, which appear as clickable icons on the strategy statistics page. URLs are validated for correctness and against a list of allowed domains.
Key point for brokers. The section can be hidden with a single setting if the broker does not want to direct clients to external resources. For details, refer to Configure Social media links.

Terms acceptance on the login screen
Problem. Some brokers need to capture consent not only at account creation but also at login — for example after terms have been updated, or for specific jurisdictions.
What we changed. A mandatory consent checkbox with broker-defined text can be enabled on the login screen, blocking login until it is selected. The setting is broker-specific, so brokers that do not need it see no change to the login flow.
IB rebate reporting
Problem. Payouts may be calculated automatically, but a finance team still needs an auditable explanation of who was paid, for which trade, to which account, and through which transfer. Without it, month-end reconciliation and partner disputes still required engineering support.
What we changed. The rebate report now includes the IB partner (email and identifier), the destination account, and the transfer identifier, plus partner level, rate in USD per lot, volume, amount, instrument, status, and calculation and payment dates. A report tab is also available directly on the master trader’s page, so a broker can review payouts for one strategy rather than only from the global list.
Example. A partner asks why last month’s payout was lower than expected. The finance specialist opens the report for that strategy, filters the period, and traces every accrual down to the actual transfer — answering with specifics in minutes instead of escalating to development. For details, refer to Broker IB rebates.
Also released
- Master traders can limit which of their positions are visible to investors, so a strategy can be marketed by performance without disclosing the trading logic.
- Brokers can hide the master trader’s balance and equity from investors, and configure how the master trader’s name, contact details, and partner-information block are displayed.
- The country flag on the statistics page now follows the general geography-visibility setting.
- Administrators can see the High Water Mark (HWM) used for performance-fee calculations, with current values and a change history per investor–master relationship; the fee report and export now include HWM, financial result, and assets-under-management columns.
- PAMM balance-operation tables now show which investor is behind each operation, and search and alphabetical sorting were added to currency and platform-group reference lists.
- Trading volume in lots is shown for each subscriber, so a master trader can tell active investors from those who subscribed but never funded the account.
- Leverage now appears directly on the account card in the dashboard without opening settings.
- Direct links to pages inside a broker-hidden menu section no longer return a 404, and trading servers hidden by the broker no longer appear in the selector.
- Brokers can enable a warning and confirmation when a user selects a trading server during account creation, reducing accidental accounts on the wrong server.
- Empty dashboard sections are hidden when account creation is disabled, loss-limit errors show the actual limit value, and when subscribing to PAMM only accounts in a compatible currency are offered.
- Password changes are not offered for platforms where they are unsupported, assets under management in external embedded widgets are normalized to a single currency, and general visual improvements were made to account cards, navigation, and mobile layouts.

Highlights
Archiving unused accounts
Problem. Active clients accumulate old accounts over time: test accounts, discontinued strategies, and accounts created for other products. Everything appeared in a single dashboard list, forcing clients to visually search for the account they actually use.
What we changed. An Archive Account section in account settings lets a client remove an account from active use through a two-step confirmation. Before the final step, the platform explains the consequences: open positions are closed, active subscriptions are cancelled, outstanding fees are charged, and any remaining funds stay on the archived account.
Example. An investor has finished working with a strategy. They open account settings, review the list of consequences, confirm, and the account disappears from the active list while the funds remain intact.
Key point for brokers. Controlled by a broker setting. If the broker does not enable it, the section is hidden and archiving stays a support-only action. For details, refer to Archive an account and Archive a master account.

Country filter in the Leaderboard
Problem. Investors do not choose a strategy on return metrics alone. Geography can be a quick trust filter — “a master trader from my region”, or “Asian strategies” — and the Leaderboard did not support it.
What we changed. A searchable country filter has been added to the Leaderboard, and the master trader’s country is shown on the strategy statistics page.
Example. An investor opens a Leaderboard with 200 strategies, filters by country, and narrows it to around ten relevant options instead of scanning the whole catalog.
Key point for brokers. Country display and filtering are enabled through a dedicated Leaderboard setting, so brokers that prefer not to disclose master trader location can leave it off.

IB rebates — automatic partner payouts based on copied trading volume
Problem. A broker may work with a network of IB partners who bring in clients and need to be compensated. In copy trading the investor does not generate volume directly — trades are opened and closed by the master trader and replicated — so standard affiliate schemes do not always attribute that copied volume correctly, and payouts had to be calculated manually outside the platform.
What we changed. In the Admin panel, under Copy Trading → Master → IB Rebates, the broker can enable a tiered payout structure of up to 10 levels, defined in US dollars per closed investor lot. When the master trader closes a position and the copied investor position is closed as a result, the platform calculates the rebate and transfers it to the partner chain from the broker’s wallet.
Example. With Level 1 at $10 per lot, Level 2 at $5, and Level 3 at $3, an investor closing 2.5 lots of EURUSD as a copy of the master trader’s close generates $25, $12.50, and $7.50 for the respective partners, paid from the broker’s wallet without manual calculation. The interface includes a live calculator for this scenario.
- Rebates are accrued only for closes that genuinely replicate the master trader’s action — a manual investor close, a stop-out, or a rebalancing close generates no rebate, which prevents artificial volume inflation.
- Rate changes apply only to new trades; historical trades are not recalculated.
- Brokers can set a minimum lot-value threshold so cent-based symbols cannot inflate rebate payouts.
- Two payout modes are available: automatic (calculate and pay on close) or administrator-controlled (accumulate in a queue and approve payouts in batches).
For configuration, calculation rules, and reporting, refer to Broker IB rebates.
Mandatory terms acceptance when opening an account
Problem. In regulated jurisdictions, brokers may need proof that a client has seen and accepted specific terms, such as a risk disclosure, product rules, or an offer document.
What we changed. The broker can upload a document and require an I accept the terms checkbox with a link to it. The account cannot be created until the user selects it, and the checkbox works across all account-creation scenarios rather than a single flow.

Clear notice about the fee payout account
Problem. Master traders earn fees from subscribers, and those fees are paid into a specific account. When that was not clear during setup, it led to “where are my payouts?” support requests.
What we changed. During master account setup, the platform now shows an explicit notice identifying the account that will receive fees. Brokers can enable or disable the notice.

Also released
- Promo offers can now have an expiration date and close automatically by calendar instead of being disabled by hand, and a clear warning states that fee plan and promo changes apply only to new subscriptions — existing subscribers stay on their current terms.
- Private strategies: statistics can be viewed and subscriptions created only with a subscription code from the master trader, so a private master account can no longer be found through search without the code.
- The option to change a trading-account password can be hidden when the broker’s process requires support to handle password changes.
- Tooltips were added for Leaderboard columns and strategy profile metrics, explaining for example that Followers is the number of investors currently copying the strategy and that assets under management is the amount allocated to it.
- The subscription page shows which investment account is connected to which master account, and master traders can see which fee plan each investor is on.
- Confirmation dialogs were added for closing and detaching positions, account numbers and subscription codes can be copied with one click, and fee amounts and currencies are displayed more precisely.
- PAMM investors are shown when the next rollover will occur — one of the most frequent support questions — and see a pending-request indicator for their deposit or withdrawal request.
- Sessions are extended automatically instead of ending with an unexpected logout, and a subscription is no longer blocked when the account has sufficient funds but the deposit window is hidden by broker settings.

Highlights
New Web UI
A new client interface built around speed and usability. It also brings:
- A unified Leaderboard. Copy, MAM, and PAMM in one ranking, plus a separate ranking per product.
- The statistics page. Return, trading history, assets under management, and the number of Followers — everything an investor bases a decision on.
- The dashboard. All accounts across all three modules on a single page.
- Subscription by link. The master trader shares a link, and the investor subscribes by following it without going through the client area.
- PAMM fully inside the Web UI. Investors submit deposit and withdrawal requests and track their status; master traders see a pending-request counter on the account card and in the menu.
The broker assembles the Web UI itself: which products the client sees, whether they can open accounts, and which actions are available to them. For an overview, refer to Welcome to the web interface.

Clients can change their account type
Problem. The account type was chosen at creation and could not be changed afterwards. If a client picked the wrong one, they had to contact support so an administrator could switch it.
What we changed. The account owner can now change the type of a Copy or MAM account in the Web UI, and an administrator can do the same from the Admin panel: Copy Master, Copy Investor, MAM Master, or MAM Investor. The account number and login are preserved. The only thing that blocks the change is an active subscription — as an investor or as a master with subscribers.
Example. A client opens a Copy Investor account, subscribes to a strategy, and later decides to manage one themselves. Once they end the subscription, they switch the account to Copy Master and keep the same trading account.
Key point for brokers. The available options follow the existing product and account settings: if MAM is disabled, MAM options are not offered. Brokers can also hide the action for a given product. PAMM accounts are out of scope. For the corresponding Admin workflow, refer to Change a master’s account type.

Master traders can unsubscribe their own investors
Problem. A subscription could be terminated by the investor or by the broker from the Admin panel, but the master trader had no such action — even though the master trader is the one who knows who actually belongs in the strategy. An investor may have subscribed without ever funding the account. Or the master trader sells access on their own site and the client stopped paying. Or the investor no longer meets the terms set for the strategy. In every case the only route was a support ticket to the broker.
What we changed. In the subscribers list, the master trader can start an unsubscription with a confirmation step. For Copy and MAM, the system closes copied positions and charges any unpaid fees according to the subscription fee plan, then moves the subscription to the Unsubscribed state; while that is being processed the subscription shows as Unsubscribing. In PAMM the unsubscription is scheduled and completes at the next rollover. If the Keep positions on unsub setting is enabled, positions may remain open after the subscription is detached. The investor is notified after processing, provided the relevant template and channel are configured.
Example. A master trader sells access to the strategy through their own website. A client’s paid period ends and they do not renew, so the master trader unsubscribes them straight from the subscribers list, without going through support.
Key point for brokers. The setting is enabled per master account and is disabled by default. The broker decides which master traders may initiate an unsubscription. For details, refer to Master account rights.
Brokers choose which allocation methods investors see
Problem. When subscribing, the investor picks an allocation method — the rule that converts the master trader’s trade volume into a volume on their own account. There are six methods, and some of them require real understanding. The broker’s only options were to show all six or hide the field entirely.
What we changed. The broker marks which methods are available. Investors see only the permitted ones, and at least one must stay enabled.
Example. A broker leaves two straightforward allocation methods enabled, and investors choose between them at subscription instead of facing six.
Key point for brokers. Applies to copy trading. Existing subscriptions are unaffected: they keep working as before, and the investor picks from the available methods the next time the subscription is edited. For configuration and method behavior, refer to Product Web UI settings and Allocation methods explained.

Promo offers with multiple partners
Problem. A promo offer applies special fee terms at subscription, and part of the fee can be passed to the partner who brought the client in. A promo offer could previously name only one partner, so when several partners were involved their shares had to be calculated separately.
What we changed. A single promo offer can now carry several partners, each with its own share. The platform validates that every share is positive and that the total does not exceed 100%. Single-partner offers keep working exactly as before.
Example. The fee from an offer is split between three partners: 50%, 30%, and 10%. If the shares add up to more than 100%, the promo offer cannot be saved.
Key point for brokers. Configurable by the broker, and the broker decides per product whether master traders can set partners up themselves in the Web UI. The shares do not have to add up to 100% — whatever is not assigned to partners stays with the master trader. For details, refer to Create a promo offer and Master promo offers.

Brokers set the starting fee terms
Problem. Configuring a fee plan was an optional step. A master trader could finish creating an account without it and come back to the terms later. And if they did create a plan straight away, rates and frequency had to be filled in by hand — the broker had no way to suggest defaults.
What we changed. Brokers can define starting values for fee plans separately for Copy, MAM, and PAMM. The master trader can change these values before saving.
Example. A broker sets a 20% performance fee charged monthly. A new master trader opens the form and sees those values already filled in instead of starting from scratch.
Key point for brokers. This is a template and a recommendation, not a hard constraint: the master trader can change the proposed terms. It does not affect existing fee plans or strategies — the new values apply only when a new plan is created.

Also released
- A pending-request counter next to the PAMM requests section: the master trader sees that deposit and withdrawal requests have piled up without opening the section.
- Administrators can cancel an investor’s PAMM deposit or withdrawal request as long as it has not yet been picked up by a rollover.
- Brokers can put master account settings into read-only mode for a product. In the Web UI the master trader sees the selected parameters but cannot change them.
- Administrators can configure email templates in several languages. Where a language has no template, the default-language version is used.
- After a subscription ends, the investor can select the same account in the regular subscription form. The system finds the existing subscription and restores its link instead of creating a new one.
- Where the broker enables it, administrators can reset the password of a client’s trading account. Not available for cTrader and B2Trader accounts, which authenticate differently.

Highlights
A strategy enters the Leaderboard after its first trade
Problem. Master accounts are opened in advance, but trading often starts later. Until the first trade, the strategy sat in the Leaderboard as an empty row — or, if it had been hidden, stayed invisible even after trading began.
What we changed. For new master accounts the broker picks one of three modes: show in the Leaderboard immediately, show on the first trade, or keep hidden. A manual choice made by the master trader or an administrator is never overridden by the automation.
Example. A master trader opens an account on Monday and makes the first trade on Thursday — the strategy appears in the Leaderboard on Thursday, with no action from anyone.
Key point for brokers. A broker that curates the Leaderboard by hand keeps the decision; a broker with a large flow of new master traders hands it to the automation.

PAMM deposits without waiting for the scheduled rollover
Problem. PAMM deposits are executed at rollover, which is correct as long as the pool holds open positions — otherwise shares cannot be recalculated fairly. But when there were no positions at all, the investor’s money still had to wait for the scheduled settlement.
What we changed. A new setting starts a rollover as soon as the request is created, when the master trader has no open positions, no trades still to be distributed across investor shares, and no rollover in progress. Otherwise the request is processed as before, at the next rollover.
Example. An investor deposits $5,000 at a moment when the master trader holds no open positions. A rollover runs straight away and the money is put to work, instead of waiting for the next settlement cycle.
Key point for brokers. Disabled by default, and the rule applies to new requests only.
Subscription management through the broker’s API
What we changed. The API covers the full lifecycle for Copy, MAM, and PAMM: create, update, unsubscribe, restore, retrieve a single subscription, and retrieve a list.
Example. An investor subscribes in the broker’s own portal, and the broker’s system creates the subscription in the platform through the API.
Key point for brokers. This is an integration and requires work from the broker’s team. For brokers that use the Admin panel only, nothing changes.
Also released
- Brokers can allow or forbid the creation of master and investment accounts separately for Copy, MAM, and PAMM, and set a maximum number of each type per client. If no limit is set, the number of accounts is unlimited.
- A dedicated Product Settings section was added to the Admin panel, with a list of the Copy, MAM, and PAMM products, filters by type and status, and cards containing product settings and currencies.

B2Trader connected to B2COPY — the ecosystem is complete
What we changed. B2Trader was added to the list of platforms supported by B2COPY. A broker can now assemble the full stack inside one ecosystem: B2Core as the client interface, B2Trader for trading, B2COPY for copy trading.
Example. A client trades on B2Trader through B2Core and connects to B2COPY strategies in the same place.
Key point for brokers. The familiar B2COPY logic carries over: subscriptions, fees, and copying rules work the same way. A few things are handled specifically for B2Trader — for example, trading passwords cannot be reset from B2COPY. For details, refer to Supported trading platforms.
Master traders see deposit and withdrawal requests immediately
Problem. In PAMM, a master trader used to learn about an investor’s deposit or withdrawal request only at rollover, which left no time to prepare positions in advance.
What we changed. The money manager now receives an email at the moment the request is created, before rollover. The email states the investor’s account and the amount. The notifications are switched on and off in the email template settings and support multiple languages.
Example. An investor creates a $20,000 withdrawal request. The master trader sees it right away and can prepare positions in advance or run the rollover manually.
Key point for brokers. Deposit and withdrawal notifications are configured separately and support multiple languages.

Also released
- In the B2Core version, the partner is defined at user level rather than per trading account: one partner record instead of one entry per account.
- A separate body of work went into the resilience of copying and PAMM rollovers: trade processing speed, behavior under load, and calculation correctness during failures.

Highlights
Investment accounts are placed automatically into the group with the right partner terms
Problem. Brokers have agreements with partners: the clients of a particular partner trade on specific terms. On the trading platform these terms are defined by the group the account belongs to. When an investor subscribed to a strategy, their account stayed in the group it had originally been created in, so an operator had to move it manually — and had to remember to do so for every new client.
What we changed. Partner terms are now attached to the master account. When an investor subscribes to that master, their investment account is automatically placed in the group that matches the configured terms.
Example. A broker works with a partner whose clients must trade in a dedicated group with its own conditions. The partner brings in an investor, the investor subscribes to the strategy, and their account immediately lands in the correct group. No manual transfers, no list reconciliation.
Key point for brokers. Partner terms stop being an operator checklist item and become a property of the master account.
Also released
- Assets under management can be hidden for an individual master account: the metric disappears from the Leaderboard card and from the statistics page, while Return, the number of Followers — the investors currently copying the strategy — and trading history remain visible. The setting is per master account.
- Tooltips were added for fields and metrics, so an administrator can understand what a value means without opening the documentation.
- Fee plans accept decimal rates — for example, 12.5%.

Highlights
Multi-server and multi-platform copying
What we changed. Copying now works across different trading servers and different trading platforms within a single broker’s perimeter. The master trader and the investor no longer have to sit in the same environment: a master trader’s trade is copied to the investment account regardless of which server and which platform that account belongs to. At the same time, the data and settings of different environments stay isolated from one another inside a single installation — this covers trade and position copying, PAMM operations, accounts, fee calculation, background jobs, and reporting.
Example. A master trader runs a strategy on MT5. An investor whose account is on MT4 subscribes to it with their existing account: the master trader’s trade is copied onto the other platform, and the investor does not need to open an account in a different environment.
Key point for brokers. A single strategy becomes available to clients across the broker’s entire perimeter rather than to one server: the broker can build one shared Leaderboard on top of its whole infrastructure. A strategy no longer has to be limited to the clients of one trading server or one platform. For details, refer to Supported trading platforms.

Also released
- Master and investment accounts can be searched by client email in the Admin panel. Search previously accepted account numbers only, which clients contacting support rarely remember.

New features
Expanded functionality of the Admin panel
With this release, the functionality of the new Admin panel has been expanded to introduce additional features for managing and configuring B2COPY, including the following:
- Security settings: control and secure access to the Admin panel by managing passwords and two-factor authentication (2FA) methods for your profile in the Security Settings menu.
- Admin management: manage users who have access to the Admin panel and define their permissions by assigning them to specific groups in the Admin Management menu.
- Client management (applicable to standalone solutions only): register new clients and manage their profile settings, as well as create and manage client accounts in the Clients > Users and Clients > Accounts menus. Additionally, default payment accounts can be set for clients.
- Trade fee filter: select the instrument groups eligible for trade fees and exclude others in the Settings > Trade Fee Filter menu.
For details, refer to the Admin panel guide.
External CRM integration via the B2COPY API
It has become possible to integrate your external CRM system with B2COPY to authorize securely, obtain access tokens for API requests, and process fees between master and investment accounts via the public B2COPY REST API. With this release, fee processing is the first and currently the only supported method. For details, refer to Integrate your external CRM system with the B2COPY API.
Improvements
- In standalone solutions, it’s now possible to generate and share subscription links with embedded partner promo codes for promo offers that share fees with partners. The link opens the subscription form for a master account with the pre-filled promo code and associated fee plan. The form opens in guest mode, allowing potential subscribers to access it without being authorized, and then complete the subscription. For details, refer to Master promo offers.
- When embedding B2COPY widgets for the Leaderboard and Account Statistics widgets in your external website, you can now pass a light or dark theme in the widget URL. This ensures that the appearance of the widgets matches the design of your website. For details, refer to Embed the Leaderboard and Statistics widgets.

New features
Introducing the new B2COPY Admin panel
We’re excited to introduce the new B2COPY Admin panel in this release! The new panel is designed to retain all existing functionality for managing the B2COPY investment platform on MT4/5 and cTrader, while providing a refreshed look and significantly enhanced experience.
Most major B2COPY functionalities are now supported in the new Admin panel, with additional features to be gradually introduced in upcoming releases. For details, refer to the Admin panel guide.
The supported features include the ability to:
- View and create master and investment accounts for copy trading, PAMM, and MAM, and manage their properties under the Masters and Investors menus.

- View, create, and manage subscriptions between master and investment accounts under the Links menu.

- Configure settings for copy trading, PAMM, and MAM under the Settings menus in the respective sections.

- Configure general settings such as Fees, Symbol Mapping, SMTP, Email Templates, and more in the Settings menus for MT4, MT5, or cTrader platform.

You can access the new Admin panel directly from the corresponding menus in the Back Office, where the Open B2COPY Admin panel link is now displayed. Features that haven’t yet been migrated to the new panel will continue to be managed in the Back Office.

Promo codes for partner fee sharing
Applicable to standalone solutions only
Standalone B2COPY solutions now support promo codes for partner fee sharing. This feature enables master traders to allocate a portion of their earned fees to a partner by linking a promo code to the partner’s account.
When investors subscribe using a promo code, they receive a discounted fee plan, and a percentage of the fees from these subscriptions is automatically redirected to the designated partner. For details, refer to Master promo offers.
May 2025
New features
Minimum deposits for PAMM
With this release, we’ve added the option to assign minimum deposit requirements to PAMM master accounts.
When subscribing, investors must use their zero-balance PAMM investment accounts, into which they’ll be prompted to deposit the required minimum amount to add their investment to PAMM and activate subscriptions.
After any withdrawals, the same minimum balance must be maintained on the PAMM investment account to keep the subscription active.
Enhanced integration into third-party CRMs
The B2COPY functionality can be integrated into third-party CRMs, enabling brokerage companies to offer copy-trading, PAMM, and MAM services on MT4/5 directly within their CRM’s interfaces.
The key features include:
- Simple integration: easily integrate via
<iframe>with minimal development effort. The Leaderboard and Account Statistics pages are embedded directly within the CRM interface. - Guest access: the Leaderboard and master account Statistics pages are accessible without authorization.
- Seamless CRM authorization: the full functionality, including access to the My Accounts page for creating and managing accounts and subscriptions, is available after seamless authorization within the CRM, without the need to navigate to an external page.
- Language and theme synchronization: the default language is inherited from the CRM, with an optional switcher in the
<iframe>. Light and dark themes can be either inherited automatically or changed manually.

Shareable master account statistics
Applicable to standalone solutions only
Standalone B2COPY solutions now support sharing the Statistics page of master accounts. Users can click the Share button to copy and share a direct link to a master account’s statistics. When someone clicks the shared link, the master’s Statistics page opens and can be seen without authorization.

New features
Introducing trading robots
With this release, we’re excited to introduce trading robots on the B2COPY investment platform. These robots allow you to automate trading activities on the master accounts of your brokerage company, enabling the execution of specific trading strategies. By configuring the robots to align with your desired strategies, you can streamline trading processes and boost overall efficiency.
Robots are supported for all copy-trading, PAMM, and MAM accounts across all platforms integrated with B2COPY, such as MT4/5 and cTrader.
New B2COPY Web UI
The redesigned Web UI for a full B2COPY solution, introduced in the previous release, is now rolled out and operational. With this release, it officially replaces the old interface, which has been discontinued and is no longer available.
Resolved issues
- Profile pictures uploaded for clients via the Back Office are now correctly displayed in client profiles and on the Leaderboards in the Web UI.
- Sharing fees paid to partners enrolled in an IB program are now correctly paid to the specified partner’s account in the case when that account exists only on the respective platform and isn’t present on the B2COPY investment platform.
- The issue of duplicate deductions from a source account, which could occur when a deposit to a PAMM account was stuck in pending and processed multiple times, has been resolved.
- Master and investment accounts are now correctly created in the Web UI. Previously, their creation could fail due to issues with creating wallets required as payment accounts on the investment platform.
- When creating a MAM subscription in the Web UI, the allocation method and risk ratio are now correctly applied to it according to the settings of the MAM master account to which the subscription has been created.
- In a standalone B2COPY solution, when creating master or investment accounts from existing MT4/5 accounts, client personal data on the platform remains unchanged and is no longer overwritten by information from the B2COPY investment platform.

Improvements
- For cTrader, it has become possible to create master and investment accounts in the Back Office using the trading accounts existing on the cTrader platform.
- For master and investment accounts with set risk limits, PnL is now calculated more frequently, allowing for quicker checks against limit thresholds to ensure accounts are blocked promptly if risk limits are reached.
- Comments added in the MT manager for balance operations on master and investment accounts now use external identifiers of balance deals from the respective platform instead of the internal identifiers used on the investment platform.
- The accrued fee debt that couldn’t be deducted from an investment account due to insufficient funds is now attempted to be charged after completing the regular fee payment process according to the fee plan. If sufficient funds are available on the investment account, the full debt for one or more fee types will be deducted; otherwise, a partial deduction will occur.
- Fee payments listed on the Fee report tab in the details of master and investment accounts in the Back Office are now sorted by the Created column in descending order, ensuring the most recent payment appears at the top of the list.
- A new option named Show allocation method on creation subscription page has been added on the Web UI Settings tab in B2COPY > Settings. Set this option to Show to enable clients to select the allocation method and risk ratio when creating copy-trading subscriptions in the Web UI.
- When creating a subscription in the Web UI, the field for entering a promo code is now displayed only if a promo offer has been set up for the master account.
Improvements to PAMM
- Partial closing of positions on a PAMM master account now leads to proportional partial closing on the subscribed PAMM investment accounts, based on the closed volume rather than the free margin.
- When a PAMM rollover occurs, if there is a request for unsubscription of an investment account, all pending balance operations requests from that investor are now automatically canceled, and only the unsubscription request is processed.
- When clients transfer funds in the Web UI, PAMM investment accounts without subscriptions are now hidden from the selection list as funds can only be transferred to the PAMM investment account after it is subscribed to a master account.
- In the Web UI, clients creating a PAMM master account can now deposit funds to the associated PAMM investment account at the final step of the account creation process.
- When creating a PAMM subscription in the Web UI, only PAMM investment accounts denominated in the same currency as the master account are displayed in the selection list as only PAMM accounts in the same currency can be subscribed.
Resolved issues
- Fee payments are now assigned the Failed status when there are insufficient funds on an investment account for deducting the required fee amounts, instead of leaving such transactions unprocessed.
- Risk limits are now correctly assigned and saved for master accounts on the Risk Limits tab in account details. Additionally, appropriate error messages are displayed when invalid risk limits are entered.
- In standalone solutions, sharing fees deducted from investment accounts and paid to IB partners are now correctly converted to the currency of the IB partner’s account when the fee amount and the account are in different currencies.
- In standalone solutions, when registering new clients in the Back Office, you can now use the dropdown in the Create client popup to select the appropriate platform instance if several instances are available on your investment platform. This enables you to register clients on the desired platform.
