Highlights

Investors choose which open positions to copy

Problem. A broker previously chose one platform-wide rule for new Copy or MAM subscriptions: copy every open position or copy none. Investors could not review or select those positions. Copying all could cause entry-price disputes; copying none delayed volume until the next signal.

What we changed. The new Let investor choose policy sits beside Always copy and Never copy. Investors see the master’s open positions with symbol, direction, volume, open and current prices, and floating P/L. Search, sorting, pagination, and select-all help with longer lists. Selected positions open at current market prices. Investors may also start with no current positions and follow future signals.

Value for brokers. Trading volume can start when the subscription begins. Investors see current prices before confirming, which reduces entry-price disputes. Brokers still control the policy; displayed floating P/L does not forecast the investor’s result.

Setup and scope. The screen appears only with Let investor choose for new Copy and MAM subscriptions. Existing subscriptions and reactivation are unchanged. If a master hides positions, investors choose the starting mode without seeing or selecting individual positions. See the open-position selection guide for the subscription steps.

Symbol Filter: exclude instruments without unsubscribing

Problem. A subscription copied every instrument the master traded. An investor avoiding one instrument had to cancel the whole subscription, losing copied volume from the others.

What we changed. Existing Copy and MAM subscriptions now offer a Symbol Filter tab with Copy and Do not copy lists. Investors search, move symbols, review totals, and save or cancel changes. They can exclude up to 100 symbols. New symbols are copied by default unless excluded. Already copied positions remain open and synchronized after exclusion.

Value for brokers. Investors can keep copying acceptable instruments. Broad strategies become accessible to more cautious investors. Filter changes do not force-close positions or create unexpected P/L events.

Setup and scope. The tab belongs to an existing subscription, not its creation form. Availability depends on broker configuration and deployed versions. See the Symbol Filter guide for setup and investor steps.

Account credentials at the moment of creation

Why it matters. A new master or investor account needs a trading login. Showing its credentials during setup helps clients reach their first trade.

What we changed. The creation confirmation shows the new account’s credentials once, when the account becomes available. Clients are asked to save them before closing. The screen cannot reveal the password later; the creation workflow is unchanged.

Value for brokers. Clients can sign in to the terminal sooner. Support receives fewer credential-location questions. Brokers with stricter policies can keep the one-time display disabled.

Setup and scope. Brokers enable the option separately for each product. It works only where the deployed integration supports it. Existing accounts are unaffected.

Why it matters. Clients with a funded B2CORE trading account can use it in B2COPY without funding and maintaining a duplicate account.

What we changed. Under My Accounts, clients adding a master or investment account can choose Link Existing. They select an eligible B2CORE account and review its server, currency, and leverage. Login and password are not re-entered. Linking registers the account in B2COPY without creating another account or changing its details.

Value for brokers. Funded accounts can begin copying sooner. Active traders can become masters on their current accounts. Teams manage fewer duplicate accounts.

Setup and scope. This covers Copy and MAM master and investment accounts in Full integrations where the broker allows linking. PAMM still uses new accounts. Standalone and Admin account-creation flows are unchanged.

Export Admin lists to CSV

Why it matters. Staff need complete filtered datasets for reporting, reconciliation, support, and internal checks.

What we changed. Nine Admin areas now offer Export CSV. Exports include every matching row across pages and preserve the selected account or section context. Areas include Fees and Fee Reports, Transfers, Users, user Accounts, PAMM Balance operations, HWM History, Positions, Deals, and Trading Robots. Pending and executed PAMM operations, plus open and closed positions, are supported. Fee Reports cover Copy, MAM, and PAMM master and investor accounts. Account exports now include Platform and Payment Account values.

Value for brokers. Teams can run monthly reports and fee reconciliation from Admin. Complete filtered exports help resolve disputes and support audits.

Setup and scope. The updated Admin interface provides the control. Current filters, list, and account context determine the export; access to other accounts or sections is unchanged. See Export data from a grid for the shared control.

PAMM performance report in CSV

Why it matters. Account managers need one file for a closer review of a PAMM master trader’s performance.

What we changed. The PAMM master account page in Admin has a Performance report button. Its CSV combines a snapshot, return comparison, monthly return, and daily balance, equity, and return sections.

Value for brokers. Account managers can answer investor questions with one file. Marketing and dealing teams can review track records. Daily data supports external risk analysis.

Setup and scope. Requires matching Admin and backend updates. Available for PAMM master accounts.

Investors are notified when a PAMM request is executed

Why it matters. Investors need confirmation when a PAMM deposit or withdrawal has actually moved, separate from a pending request.

What we changed. Two new templates email investors when deposits or withdrawals execute. Each names the master account, investment account, and amount.

Value for brokers. Written confirmation can reduce status questions and improve investor trust. Brokers control the templates like other platform emails.

Setup and scope. Configure and enable both templates under Emails → Email Templates in Admin. Emails require deployed backend and Admin updates. They follow execution, not submission or approval. See the Email templates guide for setup.

Admin password recovery by email

Why it matters. A forgotten Admin password can interrupt account and client operations.

What we changed. Admin sign-in now offers email-based recovery. Administrators enter their account email, follow the reset instructions, and return to normal sign-in.

Value for brokers. Administrators regain access without a manual reset. Two-factor authentication, IP restrictions, and existing permissions remain in force.

Setup and scope. Requires updated Admin and backend components; availability depends on deployment. This restores passwords, not two-factor authentication.

Partners manage their own Partner API credentials

Why it matters. Partners connecting their own CRM or reporting tools need a way to manage API credentials.

What we changed. Enabled partners open Partner API access in their profile. They create a credential when none is active and see its ID and secret together once. Only one credential can be active. Records show creation, expiry, and revocation dates. Revocation stops new tokens; issued tokens remain valid until expiry. Partners can revoke, create a replacement, and update their integration. The API provides a read-only snapshot of their own tree, relationships, and levels.

Value for brokers. Partners can integrate their systems without manual credential issuance. Access is revocable, read-only, and limited to each partner’s tree.

Setup and scope. Brokers enable access for authorized partners. The API excludes editing, trading-account management, and financial operations. It does not include a tree viewer, reporting dashboard, or webhooks.
