B2COPY can ask a client to accept terms in two separate places. The Sign In page can show an agreement checkbox, and each product can require its own consent checkbox when the client creates an account or subscribes. Turning one on does not turn on the other.
Configured per product
The Account creation consent document card is available with the React Client UI. Copy Trading, MAM, and PAMM each have their own card on Web UI Settings. A checkbox enabled for Copy Trading does not appear for MAM or PAMM.
Sign in Agreement
When the Sign In agreement is enabled for the broker, the Sign In page shows a checkbox with the broker’s wording. The checkbox starts unchecked, and Sign In stays unavailable until the client checks it. This checkbox is not a field on the Account creation consent document card.

The default wording is “By checking this box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to our terms and conditions.” A broker can replace that text, including links to its own documents. The replacement is the text clients read; it is not edited in Consent document URL.
Require Consent for a Product

Open Web UI Settings
In the Admin panel, expand Copy Trading, MAM, or PAMM, go to Settings, and open Web UI Settings.
Turn consent on
On the Account creation consent document card, turn on Require consent on account creation. The document fields appear, and the toggle is saved immediately. While the toggle is off, those fields stay hidden and clients of this product are not asked to accept terms.
Add the document
Use Upload consent document (PDF) or Consent document URL. Both are marked Optional. A PDF must be a PDF file of at most 3 MB. The URL placeholder is
https://example.com/terms.pdf. The hint under the URL is “Upload a PDF above, or paste a link to a document hosted elsewhere.”Save a pasted link
Save stays unavailable until the URL is changed. Select Save to store the link. Adding a PDF stores that file as the document URL.
Once a document is stored, the card shows Current consent document and Open document. Open document opens the saved PDF or link.
What the Client Must Do

The checkbox reads I accept the Terms and Conditions. It starts unchecked. If no document is saved, those words are ordinary text. After a document is saved, Terms and Conditions opens that document in a new browser tab.
| Where it appears | What stays unavailable until the box is checked |
|---|---|
| Master account setup, on Create New and Link Existing | Continue |
| Creating an account | Create |
| Adding an existing account | Add Account |
| Subscribing to a master | Subscribe |
| First login, after the client selects a role | Continue |
The action also waits for the other required fields on that step, such as the trading server. Checking the box does not by itself finish the step. Changing the selected role on first login, or switching between Create New and Link Existing, clears the checkbox.
The checkbox follows the product of the account or subscription. A client creating a Copy Trading master is asked only when Copy Trading consent is on. MAM and PAMM use their own toggles.
Replace the Document
Upload a new PDF or paste a new Consent document URL and select Save. The next client who reaches the checkbox opens the new document from Terms and Conditions. B2COPY does not keep the checkbox ticked, and it does not ask a client who already has an account to accept the replacement.
