Bank of Ann Arbor Finalizes Acquisition of Birmingham Bank

The Bank of Ann Arbor has finalized the sale and opening of its new Birmingham location.

In September, the original Nicolet National Bank building at 260 East Brown Street in Birmingham, Michigan, was purchased by the Bank of Ann Arbor. It took up $57 million in deposits and $176 million in loans as part of the deal. A total of thirteen loan officers and branch staff joined the Bank of Ann Arbor.

The bank presently has five facilities in Ann Arbor, as well as in Saline, Ypsilanti, and Plymouth. It also has a branch at 33583 Woodward Avenue in Birmingham, and the newly purchased First National Bank in Howell, giving it a total of 18 locations throughout Livingston, Washtenaw, Wayne, and Oakland counties.

The Birmingham branch of the Bank of Ann Arbor is situated at 260 East Brown Street and is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. The Bank of Ann Arbor may be found online and on social media.
