Setup Requirements
Dear Client, please provide the following data that we will need for the setup process.
General Requirements
Branding, SMTP, DNS, and IP Whitelist
Foundational onboarding inputs that apply to every B2COPY deployment regardless of the trading platform.
SMTP Configuration
Mail server credentials

DNS Configuration (CNAME Records)
Pick any subdomain you prefer on your domain (for example copy., social., trading., or invest.) and point it to the hostname your Account Manager confirms during onboarding. A typical pattern is copy.yourdomain.com → yourtenantid.copy.flexdns.org — the part before .copy.flexdns.org is your tenant hostname.

Example for acmebroker.com

Testing & Monitoring Accounts
24/7 Automated Copy-Trading Monitoring
These accounts are used for automated copy-trading monitoring. The system periodically opens and closes small test positions to verify that the copy-trading pipeline is working correctly. This runs 24/7 and alerts our team if something goes wrong.
