The B2CORE 19th release focuses on improving key processes to enhance your client management experience with new widgets, improve risk control with SumSub antifraud software, and offer broader support for B2TRADER.

AI-Powered Antifraud Integration with SumSub
Fraud prevention is pivotal for any brokerage to monitor financial activities, detect potential fraud early, and keep the platform free from malicious users.
As such, we integrated SumSub Antifraud to track user transactions, flag anomalies, and ensure more effective proactive security measures. Its AI-powered tools protect revenue while minimising false positives.
This system can be easily activated in the B2CORE Back Office after connecting your SumSub credentials, with key features such as:
Defining custom risk rules using thresholds, user actions, geolocation, device behaviour, and more.
Monitoring withdrawals, deposits, and transfers with real-time alerts and intelligent triggers.
Enabling B2CORE Auto-Withdrawals to ensure safe and fast processing without compromising compliance.
Exploring detailed analytics to detect bots, spoofing, or high-risk patterns before they result in fraud.
Updated Widgets
In the B2CORE 19th, we have optimised the Total Balance and B2TRADER Accounts widgets to offer clearer, more seamless monitoring of the investment portfolio as a whole.
Total Balance Widget
Now, you can view your combined value of the investment portfolio from wallets and trading accounts in one widget, with a quick filter between Total Portfolio Value, Wallets Balances, and Trading Accounts Balances.

B2TRADER Account Widget
Traders with active B2TRADER accounts will have quick access to them directly from their Dashboard. All users need to do is log in to B2CORE, find the B2TRADER widget and click “Trade” to manage their positions or execute new orders.

Expanded Support for B2TRADER
We continue working not only to enhance your B2CORE experience but also to extend this seamless interaction to connected tools and integrations. The B2CORE 19th is now better aligned with B2TRADER, offering smoother interoperability with our powerful trading platform.
New “Netting” Accounts
Admins can now create a trading product with “Netting” as the execution type, enabling users to trade using the netting logic — positions of the same asset are consolidated rather than opened separately.
This tactic is ideal for traders who prefer simplified margin tracking and reduced position clutter.
Supporting Demo Accounts
Brokers can now offer demo trading for B2TRADER platforms by creating a dedicated “Demo” product type in B2CORE Back Office.
Users can open demo accounts with preset virtual funds and practice trading techniques and strategies in a simulated trading interface.
More Customisation & Personalisation Tools
Personalisation is key to promoting the brokerage’s brand and use B2CORE as the point of full access. Our team integrated more customisation tools in the B2CORE Back Office to adjust the menu UI by adding custom menu items. This will enable brokers to:
Create fully custom entries in the Menu section of the Back Office.
Adjust icons, labels, and menu items to fit the brand and product.
Add external URLs, such as third-party reward systems, trading services, payment services, affiliate dashboards and much more.
This gives admins more control over the user journey without indulging in complex coding or engineering changes.

More Organised Email Marketing with ActiveCampaign
The B2CORE 19th update integrates ActiveCampaign, an effective SaaS for email marketing and campaign management. This addition enables seamless email campaign management using the B2CORE data.
Admins can connect their ActiveCampaign accounts to B2CORE. Then, automatically sync contacts and clients’ data from B2CORE to create and organise email campaigns more effectively.
This feature helps brokers improve user retention and reactivation rates using personalised email sequences.
Upgrades in The Back Office
We introduced new improvements in the Back Office to improve your compliance management and provide additional control tools for bonus programs. These include:
Flexible jurisdiction assignment per country with the possibility of manual edits for better traceability with the ability to apply compliance settings to new or existing clients.
Better bonus segmentation based on country, client type, verification level, jurisdiction, and IB partner ID.
Optional restrictions for deposit bonuses to encourage engagement and active trading for specified user segmentation.
Improved Performance and UI for Sign-up & Sign-in
Our team carried out rigorous system optimisation to ensure smooth platform performance and a responsive experience. This includes UI optimisation to simplify user interfaces and provide a more focused registration flow.
