Own Margin Account
Each trade or asset grouping has its own margin account.
Account Types
Isolated accounts allow traders to manage their trading exposure by separating funds and margin requirements for each market type, position or asset.
Each trade or asset grouping has its own margin account, not affected by other positions. This setup provides traders with better control over risk management by ensuring that losses in one position do not impact the available margin of other positions.

Key features
Manage risk with precision: separate margins, custom leverage, and independent strategies for every account.
According to your needs you can create different accounts in which the position has its own distinct margin account, preventing cross-liability among trades.
Losses in one position do not affect other positions, allowing for granular control over risk.
Traders can assign different leverage settings for each isolated account, tailoring risk exposure according to their preferences.
Allows traders to experiment with different strategies and manage them independently.
From account creation to reporting, every process is designed to keep your risks separate and transparent.
Opportunities of usage
Unlock new ways to trade: isolate risks, build custom strategies, and gain the confidence to experiment.
Limits risk to each account and position, allows you to handle volatile assets or strategies without compromising the entire balance.
Facilitates the simultaneous deployment and management of varied trading strategies within the different trading accounts on the same (or different) markets.
Reduces anxiety associated with all-or-nothing trading outcomes, as losses are contained within individual positions.
You have an ability to test new strategies in a controlled environment without risking other capital.
An isolated account is an account in the system to which a certain amount of funds is deposited and from which trading operations are carried out on a certain asset (group of assets), thus the size of the risk corresponds to the amount of funds in this account used as a collateral.
Isolated accounts let you cap risk per position or strategy, assign custom leverage per account, and run multiple approaches in parallel without cross-margin liability — ideal for volatile assets and experimental strategies.
Liquidation affects only the isolated account where the position is held. Losses are limited to the collateral allocated to that account; remaining balance in other isolated accounts stays available for trading.
There is no separate platform fee for using isolated accounts. Each account consumes margin according to its leverage settings and open exposure — the same as standard margin accounts, but scoped to the funds you assign to each one.
The number of isolated accounts a trader can open is configured by your broker in B2TRADER Admin. The platform supports multiple segregated accounts per user profile within the limits set by your brokerage.
