Up to 10 Tiers per Structure
Configure up to 10 volume thresholds per market or market-group. Tier 1’s lower bound is 0; the last tier has no upper bound.
Essentials for Brokers
Tiered (dynamic) Commission enables volume-based pricing where a trader’s fee rate decreases as their cumulative trading volume increases. Tiers are public in the UI, and traders can see both their current tier and progress toward the next one.

Tiers and current month volume are visible in Market Info; traders can see their current tier and progress toward the next tier.
Minimum fee is not applicable when a TIER commission profile is active.
Each structure (e.g., Spot vs CFD-FX) maintains its own month-to-date volume counter. Spot volume does not affect CFD/PF/FX tiers.
Cumulative volume resets at month-end using system time; tier eligibility is recalculated after each trade. At the start of each calendar month, all traders begin at Tier 1.
All tiers in a structure use the same fee metric — e.g., if Tier 1 is % per volume, all tiers in that structure must follow the same fee type.
How it works
Tier determination timing, volume metric, rolling period, fee type consistency, commission rules, and fills & splits.
Opportunities of usage
Lower fees at higher monthly volumes drive more trading and deeper engagement.
Independent tier ladders per market category align costs with revenue per book.
Public tier tables reduce disputes and improve sales clarity.

In RAT (Root Asset Type). The platform converts executed notional to RAT for tier calculations.
Calendar-month rolling: cumulative volume resets at month-end using system time; tier eligibility is recalculated after each trade.
Spot volume does not affect CFD/PF/FX, and vice versa.
The executed volume is split. The portion up to the threshold is charged at the current tier; the remainder is charged at the next tier’s fee. This can cascade across multiple tiers in one large execution.
No. A tier structure must use a single fee type across all tiers, aligned with the base commission logic for that market.
No. Minimum fee is not applicable when a TIER commission profile is active.
You assign a tiered commission profile via commission rules (user/account/market…). Once selected, the fee rate is determined by the tier ladder based on the trader’s month-to-date RAT volume.
Before each trade (and after each fill) based on current month-to-date volume for the relevant structure; then the counter is updated immediately after execution.
Yes. Tiers and current month volume should be visible in Market Info; traders can also see their current tier and progress toward the next tier.
Yes. Each market or designated market-group can have its own tier ladder and counters.
Each fill is evaluated independently. If a single fill crosses a threshold, the fill’s RAT notional is split across applicable tiers.
The counter remains at 0 and resets at month-end; they remain in Tier 1.
