The Email Templates page is where you browse, edit, and generate the platform’s transactional emails.
What you can do
- Browse the templates list of every transactional email.
- Open a template to Edit its content.
- Use Generate Templates to create the default set, then edit a generated draft.
Edited templates go to real clients. Review changes carefully — especially merge fields — before saving.
