Withdrawals in PAMM mirror deposits: money leaves only from investment accounts, balance operations on PAMM master accounts are prohibited, and every withdrawal is a request executed on the next rollover rather than an instant transfer.
The rules
- Funds move from the PAMM investment account to the client’s wallet; from there they can be paid out.
- Transfers between PAMM investment accounts are prohibited, and the wallet must share the account’s currency.
- Withdrawing the entire balance automatically unsubscribes the investment account from its PAMM master.
How a withdrawal flows
The request is created
The client (or an admin acting for them) requests a transfer from the PAMM investment account to the wallet. Nothing moves yet — a withdrawal request is queued.
Review pending requests
In the Admin panel, open the PAMM master or investment account and check the Balance tab for pending requests. Approval-gated deployments show them as Pamm Transfer requests to approve.
The rollover executes it
During the next rollover the manager’s results are settled, the investor’s share is valued, and the requested amount is released to the wallet.
Why the wait?
A PAMM pool trades as one whole. Only at a rollover can the platform fairly value each investor’s share and carve out cash without disturbing open positions mid-trade.
