B2CONNECT Update: Real-Time Alerts, Better Asset Management, and Enhanced Control Over Order Flow

B2CONNECT Update

Following the series of updates to our powerful crypto-native liquidity bridge, B2CONNECT, we are thrilled to announce a new release that focuses on the broker’s experience, improving asset management, simplifying order flow during service interruptions, optimising the Binance Adapter connectivity, and much more.

Now, admins will have more control tools to maximise uptime and ensure trades are executed accurately while receiving real-time alerts for swap issues.

Also, the new B2CONNECT release makes it even easier for admins to import and export CSV files for specific asset classes, enabling brokers to create, update, and maintain quotes more effortlessly.

Let’s explore the full specifications of the new B2CONNECT update.

Granular Asset Management via Web UI

The new update enables admins to perform section-specific CSV export and import of asset configurations directly from the Web UI. This supports easier maintenance, faster deployment across liquidity hubs, and significantly reduced manual errors.

B2CONNECT new asset management interface

Brokers can now back up and re-upload asset configurations, confirm quote setups, and adjust parameters through a unified built-in data validation process that works as follows;

  • Bulk asset export: Efficiently export assets to CSV for reporting or backup purposes, streamlining administrative tasks and protecting essential configuration data.
B2CONNECT asset symbol management
  • Bulk asset import: Effortlessly import multiple assets from CSV files, reducing manual entry, minimising errors, and ensuring asset uniqueness through built-in validation rules.

Manage Assets Smarter with B2CONNECT

Simplify configuration with CSV import/export and built-in validation. Keep your liquidity hubs up to date with fewer errors and faster deployment.

Automated Alerts for Swap Charge Issues

B2CONNECT swap charges added to notification settings

A Forex rollover is an integral part of any FX broker’s activities. However, the swap charge may encounter a few issues, like missing market data or symbol mismatches, which impact the overall trading experience on your platform.

In this update, we enhanced the system by implementing automated alerts for failed swap charges. These real-time notifications provide detailed explanations of failures, facilitating quick troubleshooting and boosting system reliability.

Whether it is for missing rates, mismatched symbols, or internal processing issues, the system will now highlight errors and directly link to the failure reasons.

This improvement is crucial for faster detection and response, reduces operational risk and improves transparency for support and ops teams.

Improved Binance Integration

In this B2CONNECT release, we updated the Binance Adapter within B2CONNECT to ensure accurate quoting and more transparent data transmission.

Enhanced Protocol Compatibility

The Binance integration is now better aligned with the updated REST and WebSocket API specs, improving data handling via the B2CONNECT SecurityList FIX endpoint. This eliminates order rejection due to inaccurate configurations and improves platform reliability.

This backend improvement works in two ways;

  • FIX API SecurityList returns accurate minimum notional values.
  • WebSocket update for Spot ensures stable order updates.

Advanced Raw Message Logging

All raw messages exchanged with the Binance backend are now accurately recorded and stored, including inbound and outbound FIX/WebSocket messages.

This backend feature supports teams to gain full transparency to investigate LP-side behaviour, significantly speeding up troubleshooting and deep diagnostics.

Reduced Trading Service Startup Time

With this release, the bulk-load order event recovery mechanism has been implemented to accelerate startup time after restart or outage.

This update utilises a new logic that batch-loads historical order events during service boot-up to minimise downtime compared to the previous sequential load logic.

The result — minimal downtime, faster time-to-trade, continuous access to the trading platform and improved overall operational efficiency.

Improved Order Timeout Handling

Another improvement in the order placement and execution workflow has been implemented in this B2CONNECT release. This one includes a refined logic for handling timeout errors.

If a timeout occurs due to network latency, an unresponsive liquidity provider, or incorrect configurations, the system will now treat the order as placed to avoid ambiguous statuses.

This approach increases clarity over the position status and improves the reliability for trading platforms and order flow.

Connectivity Rate Limiting for Bybit

In this release, we implemented a robust reconnection logic for Bybit, which now includes rate limiting to prevent IP lockouts, enhance stability, and reduce LP-side friction.

This enhancement limits the number of reconnect attempts to an optimal value, reducing the chance of IP bans and maintaining uninterrupted connectivity to the liquidity provider.

Intelligent Liquidity Infrastructure, Better Platform Stability

This B2CONNECT update proves our dedication to delivering an optimal order placement experience for both traders and brokers — equipping brokerage platforms with the necessary tools to maintain platform stability, connectivity, and long-term operability.
