To start installing the server, you will need to evaluate the necessary operating conditions and required system parameters: determine the location of the primary and backup servers based on suitable conditions; considering the forecasts for the expected load on the trading server, determine the required structure of servers and their parameters; get an idea of the server’s trading conditions and determine all the necessary components corresponding to these ideas; provide the received parts in the form of a completed checklist to start the installation. Our staff is always ready to help with each of the above points.

The MetaTrader 5* platform components are recommended to be installed on dedicated servers rented from hosting companies. Recommended requirements: CPU: Intel Xeon E3, E5 series quad-core or higher; RAM: no less than 16GB; HDD: RAID-1 array with two 480GB SSDs for the trade server and the history server, RAID-1 array with 2 x 1 TB SATA for backup servers; Network: both download and upload speed no less than 100 Mbps; Operating System: Windows Server 2019 Standard x64. No third-party software for system time synchronization is allowed.

If there is a need to add any non-standard / custom functionality to the MetaTrader* platform, we can help assess and implement such a solution. MetaTrader* platforms can expand their functions with additional plugins, in the form and with those parameters that the client requires.

The cost of a complete turnkey solution depends on many factors, such as the selected location and server configuration, the cost of server software at the time of installation, the number of servers deployed according to the approved layout, taking into account the assessment and forecasts of the expected load of the structure. Our staff is always ready to help with the assessment and optimization of the setup’s proposed structure.

Yes, it is technically feasible. Depending on the specific case of migration, it can take several hours (MetaTrader4*-to-MetaTrader5*, MetaTrader5*-to-MetaTrader4*) or several days to prepare and implement such a migration.

Customer technical support is provided through the ticket system, as well as by e-mail.

All configuration changes must be made using checklists. This is necessary for both the client and us to trace the history of changes according to these checklists and their sending dates.
