Multi-Tenant Workspaces and Subscription Plans

B2TRANSLATE now operates as a true multi-tenant platform. Each customer company gets an isolated workspace with its own users, products, and subscription plan.
A new Workspace Administrator role manages everything inside the workspace, while cross-workspace administrators can switch the active workspace from the sidebar.
Alongside this, we have introduced four subscription tiers, Starter, Growth, Business, and Enterprise, each with per-workspace quotas for users, products, languages per product, monthly AI translations, glossary, and SSO. This is the foundation for usage-based billing and self-service onboarding coming next.
AI Proofreading and Translation Version History
The translation quality layer has been substantially upgraded. AI Proofreading now handles grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style corrections for default language translations automatically, with ICU plural format auto-fix and context-aware suggestions. A separate consumer then propagates fixes across all target languages.

Complementing this, every translation key now keeps a full version history of the last 10 destination values per language. This way, your team can see who changed what and when, and restore any earlier version with one click, so accidental edits and AI overrides are no longer permanent.
Enterprise Security and Access Management

Corporate single sign-on through Keycloak is now supported. Your team can log into B2TRANSLATE with their existing Keycloak account, sharing sessions across B2BROKER products, and onboarding new team members becomes a matter of granting access in Keycloak.
Personal API Tokens have also matured. When creating or rotating a PAT, administrators can pick the exact expiration date via a calendar picker up to one year ahead, aligning with enterprise rotation policies.

Robot users for API integrations have been promoted to first-class entities, with a dedicated admin page for creation, updates, and product binding.
Expanded Language Coverage and Platform Flexibility
Two new languages are now available in every project and ready for AI translation: Hebrew with full right-to-left support, and Mongolian with proper plural forms. The Create and Edit project modals also support drag-and-drop language reordering, so your most-used languages stay at the top.
With multi-tenant workspaces, stronger enterprise access controls, smarter AI-assisted quality checks, and broader language coverage, teams can manage complex localization workflows with more confidence and less manual effort.
Multiple releases packed into one announcement, all aimed at the same goal: making B2TRANSLATE the most reliable, secure, and intelligent localization platform for fintech teams operating at scale.
