B2BROKER Founder's Letter: From Integration to Intelligence in Modern Brokerage

Dear clients, partners, and friends,
Over the past several years, the financial industry has made significant progress in bringing fragmented systems together. But integration by itself is not the end goal — it is merely the foundation that makes the next stage of development possible.
As B2BROKER moved through the first half of 2026, we experienced this firsthand. Once the infrastructure is connected, the big question becomes what you build on top of it. From our perspective, the answer has two equally important parts to it.
The first is intelligence. Trading platforms can no longer serve as places where orders are simply executed. They need to become environments where decision-making is empowered. As financial markets grow more dynamic, participants need better context alongside better execution, helping them understand not only what is happening, but why it is happening and what actions may be worth considering.
The second is accessibility. Technology can only transform an industry in a true sense when as many people as possible can make use of it. If the most advanced tools remain available only to the largest institutions with the biggest budgets, the market on the whole does not move forward. Innovation is only meaningful when brokers of different sizes have the opportunity to compete on stronger technological foundations.
These ideas have shaped much of our work in recent months. We focused on integrating advanced technology all across our infrastructure, strengthening the ecosystem our clients rely on every day.
AI at the Core of B2TRADER
Artificial intelligence is quickly growing into the underlying operating layer of modern financial markets. And naturally, at B2BROKER, we also seek to put this technology to use and give our clients more tools and greater convenience in their actions.
This year, our team took an important step in that direction by integrating an AI Assistant directly into our B2TRADER workspace. What I feel is important to point out here is that the Assistant is not an external plugin, nor a separate service that requires our traders to leave their workflow. Instead, it operates inside the platform itself, delivering key market metrics, forecasts, sentiment analysis, suggested actions, and more within the same environment where decisions are ultimately made.

This represents a much broader shift than just a typical product update. For years, the deepest market analysis was largely reserved for institutional trading desks supported by dedicated quantitative teams and sophisticated internal infrastructure. Meanwhile, many retail and semi-professional traders had to combine multiple fragmented tools and external services to reach similar conclusions, and often at a delayed pace at that.
Now, this gap can be gradually done away with. At B2BROKER, we believe the next generation of brokerage platforms will not compete on execution speed alone. They will compete on how effectively they help users understand markets, process information, and make informed decisions.
This is exactly the direction we want B2TRADER to move in.
Advanced Infrastructure Made More Accessible
Technology, however, is only one side of the equation — access matters just as much. Introducing advanced capabilities only yields results if brokers can realistically adopt them. If pricing structures become too complex, they simply create another form of fragmentation, this time on the commercial side rather than the technical one.
That is why we made the decision to introduce a more flexible pricing model for B2TRADER. Instead of relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, we now offer pricing packages that better reflect each broker's business, taking into account their size, operational complexity, product scope, and growth stage. This change allows such companies to invest in infrastructure that matches their actual requirements rather than paying for capabilities they may not even need yet.
The same principle guided the latest evolution of B2COPY: we introduced a fully transparent pricing model supported by an ROI calculator, allowing brokers to estimate costs and evaluate potential returns before launching their copy trading offering. Hosting, maintenance, and ongoing updates are included, reducing operational complexity and eliminating much of the infrastructure burden that traditionally comes with deploying these services.
When brokers clearly understand both the costs and the expected outcomes, they can plan growth with greater confidence, focusing their resources where they create the greatest value. That’s what transparent pricing means to us.

One Infrastructure, Multiple Ways to Invest
Another important step for our team this year was continuing to bring previously separate capabilities into a single environment.
Historically, copy trading, PAMM, and MAM solutions have often existed as independent systems, each with its own workflows, administration, and operational logic. While each model serves a different purpose, managing them separately inevitably creates additional complexity for brokers as they scale. We had set the goal to remove that complexity.
With the latest updates in place, B2COPY is now more deeply integrated with B2TRADER, allowing copy trading to operate within the same execution environment rather than alongside it. At the same time, copy trading, PAMM, and MAM become different ways of managing investments inside one ecosystem instead of three disconnected products.
Financial institutions increasingly want infrastructure that works as a single system rather than a collection of separate solutions. The less time brokers spend managing integrations between platforms, the more time they can dedicate to serving clients and growing their business.
Giving Clients More Control
Of course, we should also remember that building better infrastructure takes more than just adding new capabilities. Sometimes, the greatest improvements come from removing unnecessary parts.
Historically, even the most routine client requests have often run into the wall that is broker support teams. Seemingly simple actions would nonetheless require administrative intervention, creating delays for users while also increasing operational workloads for brokers. We’ve set out to give end users more direct control over their own experience.
Clients can now close investment accounts directly from their personal cabinet, with the platform clearly explaining the consequences before the action is confirmed. Investors can independently track the status of deposits and withdrawals without contacting support, while managers receive immediate visibility into important account activity. Brokers also gain greater flexibility over how commission information is displayed to different participants, allowing them to configure fee visibility according to their business model.
We also focused on improving the journey for new investors. Small moments in the onboarding process can often determine whether someone becomes an active client or leaves before completing registration. By minimizing interruptions and making the transition from first visit to investment much more seamless, brokers can get rid of a lot of friction and offer a better overall experience for their users.
Features like these may not always be very noticeable, but they can have a great impact all the same. Every process that becomes simpler saves time for brokers, reduces the workload for support teams, and allows end users to act more smoothly.

Greater Flexibility to Meet Global Markets
One of the realities of serving brokers around the world is that no two jurisdictions are exactly alike. Legal requirements constantly change and evolve, and firms need ways to adapt without requiring product changes each time a new regulatory update takes place.
That is why we introduced more flexible consent management capabilities across our ecosystem. Brokers can now define where client consent is required — whether during registration, login, account opening, or subscribing to an investment manager — and fully customize the associated agreements, supporting documents, and legal language.
This offers benefits beyond regulatory compliance. It allows firms to update legal documentation without waiting for product releases, while maintaining a clear record of what each client has accepted. That level of flexibility becomes increasingly valuable as brokerage businesses continue expanding across multiple jurisdictions
Once again, the objective is not simply to add “more” features; it’s to build infrastructure that adapts to the realities our clients face every day.
Looking Ahead
Over the past several years, we have worked to build an ecosystem where products operate together rather than independently. In 2026, our focus was mainly on making that ecosystem more intelligent, more transparent, and more accessible to brokers of every size.
Each development has been driven by the same principle: helping our clients operate more efficiently in a market that only grows more competitive each day. The financial industry will continue to evolve, and so will the expectations placed on technology providers. At B2BROKER, we see that as an opportunity to provide infrastructure that allows our clients to adapt with confidence and excel in the long term.
On behalf of everyone at B2BROKER Group, I would like to thank you for your continued trust, partnership, and valuable feedback. Every conversation with our clients helps shape our direction.
We look forward to continuing this journey together.
