This filtering helps users quickly select the most suitable option without confusion.

Before confirming anything, users will see a clear breakdown of all fees and commissions for their payment method. No surprises, just transparency.

The exchange rate can be refreshed right before making a transaction, ensuring users have the latest information. Upon submission, a brief summary of the terms will appear — a final check to confirm everything is correct.

A clear status and message bar will keep users updated on their transaction progress in real-time, reducing guesswork and support tickets.

Faster, Smoother User Onboarding

Starting with a new platform shouldn't be a chore. We've improved the onboarding process in B2CORE 18 to help newcomers feel comfortable and added some intuitive helping steps.

Sign-Up & Sign-In Previews

Instant Verification Post-Registration

Right after sign-up, we now encourage users to complete verification immediately. This helps them access trading, funding, and other features sooner. If they skip, a friendly reminder banner will appear on their dashboard later.

Interactive Hints for New Users

To ease the learning curve, first-time users will now encounter small, non-intrusive hints strategically placed throughout the platform. These hints provide brief explanations of key sections and functionalities, guiding users effectively without overwhelming them.

Effortless UI Customisation — Your Platform, Your Brand

B2CORE 18 puts unprecedented branding control directly into the hands of brokers via the Back Office UI customisation settings. You can now effortlessly tailor the platform's appearance to match your corporate identity perfectly.

Administrators can now change logos, adjust theme colours (for both light and dark modes), set accent colours for consistency, and even add custom background images. Critically, these changes appear instantly in the Back Office preview. No redeployments, no waiting — just immediate visual branding control.

Better Savings Feature for Flexible Growth

The Savings feature is an excellent tool for both brokers and their clients. End-users can earn competitive interest rates by allocating funds into savings plans, growing their funds over time. For brokers, it is a valuable mechanism to attract and retain client funds within the business ecosystem.

Now, this popular feature sees several improvements in B2CORE 18:

Early Redemption Fees

Brokers can now set optional fees if users withdraw funds early from either fixed or flexible plans. These fees can be set as a percentage of the invested amount.

Easier Funding for Savings Plans

We also optimised the user journey for participating in Savings. If a user wants to join a savings plan but needs more funds or a new wallet, they can now easily deposit or create a new wallet directly from the Savings section — a much smoother flow.

Smarter Widget Management for Cleaner Dashboards

Interacting with the B2CORE dashboard is now more fluid and organised thanks to new widget management features:

• Widgets now automatically align neatly when added, keeping things organised.

• We've set a minimum size so widgets don't become too small to read.

• Widgets now "snap" into place when moved, making it much easier to arrange the dashboard according to a user’s preference.

Easy Personal Data Updates

Maintaining up-to-date user information is simpler in B2CORE 18. Users can now update their personal information, like contact details or address, directly from their profile settings page.
