The B2Core team has announced some exciting new updates to deliver an even more outstanding service to its users while ensuring they have continued access to the most technologically advanced and innovative CRM and brokerage infrastructure solution in the market. The latest additions to the B2Core system includes mobile app news and new B2Trader functionality within the app itself:
B2Trader Trading UI
A new user interface has been launched for the B2Core mobile app. Users get the same dashboard functionality as the desktop version with access to options including graphs, order book and different trading themes. All this is available right from the user’s pocket enabling them to enjoy the ultimate trading experience.
Helpdesk
Users have access to a complete system via the app that includes customer management, verification confirmation and the ability to create a ticket in Helpdesk. SupportPal helpdesk software is used by default enabling you to simply enter and detail your request and attach files in order to create a ticket. There is also the flexibility to integrate other support systems to match your requirements.
Converter
The advantages of a built-in exchanger are also available with the mobile app, providing a web interface for a crypto-crypto/fiat-crypto exchange in a few clicks.
Sumsub Verification
The verification module, both internal and that of our partner Sumsub is now available on mobile app. Sumsub MobileSDK integration provides advanced and highly customisable Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures that enable business owners to avoid legal department costs. Sumsub MobileSDK integration takes care of KYC procedures as it is done automatically.
Complete Customisation
Users can now register, pass KYC, deposit, trade, exchange and withdraw securely with 2FA, view the dashboard, create a ticket in Helpdesk, and more. Already being used by many of our clients, the team is on hand to assist in setting up the mobile for any B2Core client.
With the new app, B2Core clients will now have a real turnkey solution with a full roadmap in place to develop all the functionality that is currently available in the desktop version and includes work on a range of other modules such as Bonuses, etc.
