The allocation method determines how the investor’s trades are sized relative to the master’s. It lives in two places: as a default on each master account (applied to new subscriptions) and as a per-link setting you can change on any existing subscription.
Set the default on a master account
The default allocation method and risk ratio are applied automatically when subscriptions to the master are created in the Web UI. New copy-trading and MAM masters start with Proportionally by Equity × Ratio and a risk ratio of 1.
Open the master
Expand Copy Trading or MAM → Masters and click the account number in the Account Login column.
Find Default Allocation Parameters on the Properties tab
The section shows the current method and risk ratio.
Click Edit and adjust
Pick another method in the Allocation Method dropdown and enter a new Risk Ratio (the ratio is only required for methods that support it). Save to apply.
Change the method on an existing link
Every link detail page has its own Allocation Parameters card — the method, the risk ratio, the copy direction (Normal or Reverse), and the pause state. Click Edit to change the method for this one subscription without touching the master’s default.
