You can register a new client directly from the panel using the Create User modal on the Users page. A user is created against a trading platform and an existing account login on it. Applicable to standalone solutions only.
You need the User — Manage permission to register new clients and manage their profiles.
Create a user
Open Create
On Clients → Users, select Create to open the Create User modal. If you run several platform instances, make sure you are in the correct one first.
Choose the platform
Select the trading Platform (for example, MT5).
Enter the login
Provide the client’s existing account number on that platform. It must be unique — not already used by another client.
Create
The profile is created, assigned an identifier, and appears in the users list.
What gets pulled in automatically
Personal data available on the client’s trading account is copied into the new profile:

Anything missing on the platform side stays empty and can be filled in manually later on the user’s Details tab.
Creating a user adds a real record to the platform. On a shared or test environment, open the modal to learn the form, but avoid submitting placeholder data.
