Early Withdrawal Fee is an optional PAMM-only fee. It lets a master define a lock-in period and a percentage of an investor’s withdrawal; B2COPY withholds the fee when the withdrawal is processed.
PAMM only
This setting applies to PAMM. It is not available for Copy Trading or MAM.
What this setting does
The setting controls whether Early Withdrawal Fee controls and disclosure are visible in the PAMM Client UI. PAMM fee-plan and promo forms in the Admin panel expose their own Early Withdrawal Fee fields. When a valid fee plan is attached to a PAMM subscription, B2COPY checks the lock-in at rollover and withholds the configured percentage from the final processable withdrawal amount.
Example: a withdrawal inside the lock-in
A master’s plan has a 20-day lock-in and a 3% fee. If an investor’s final processable withdrawal is 1,000 USD and rollover processes it before the lock-in ends, the fee is 30 USD and the net withdrawal is 970 USD. If processing happens after the lock-in ends, no Early Withdrawal Fee is applied.
Enable early withdrawal fee for PAMM
Open PAMM Web UI Settings
In the Admin panel, go to Pamm → Settings → Web UI Settings and find the Fee Settings card.
Enable Early Withdrawal Lock-in
Turn on Early Withdrawal Lock-in. This makes the fee controls and disclosure visible in the PAMM Client UI; the toggle itself does not calculate or charge the fee.
Set the maximum period
Enter Max Lock-in Period (days) from 1 to 365 and save the Fee Settings card. If no positive value is stored, the Admin UI falls back to 365 days.
The toggle controls visibility, not saved fee plans
Turning off Early Withdrawal Lock-in hides the feature in the Client UI. It does not remove terms already stored in a fee plan or cancel a fee that applies to an existing subscription. Lowering the maximum later does not rewrite published plans.
Showing the fee on public Statistics
To show the Early Withdrawal Fee summary on a master’s public Statistics page, enable both Early Withdrawal Lock-in in PAMM Fee Settings and the Fee Plan option in the Statistics settings.
The Admin panel can also set Early Withdrawal Fee terms in PAMM fee-plan and promo forms. The configured maximum is used when a new plan is created; it does not change plans that were already published.
Open a PAMM fee-plan or promo form
In the Admin panel, open the PAMM master’s fee-plan editor or a PAMM promo offer form.
Enter the Early Withdrawal Fee terms
In Early Withdrawal Fee, set Lock-in Period (days) and Early Withdrawal Fee, %. The two fields must be filled together or both left empty.
Save a valid plan
Use a whole-number lock-in from 1 through the configured maximum and a fee greater than 0 and less than 100.
Example: changing the maximum
If the broker maximum is 30 days, a new plan with a 45-day lock-in is rejected. If a 45-day plan was published before the maximum was lowered, the existing plan keeps its 45-day term.
Existing subscriptions keep their terms
Existing investors keep the fee plan they accepted until they unsubscribe and subscribe again. Promo codes can select a different plan with their own Early Withdrawal Fee.
Monitor early withdrawal fee
- In executed PAMM balance operations, use the EW Fee column to check the monetary amount withheld from a withdrawal.
- In the master’s Fee Report, filter Fee Type to Early Withdrawal to review the master’s earning.
- The EW Fee column belongs to executed PAMM balance operations; it is not a pending-operation result.
- Use the separate User Guide article to explain the fee plan and withdrawal timing to masters and investors.
Legacy subscriptions
A PAMM subscription created before this feature release and lifecycle migration remains exempt. A later deposit does not start a lock-in; the investor must unsubscribe and create a new subscription before the configured fee can apply.
