The new Mobile App Downloads feature provides clients with a powerful tool to attract more users and boost mobile app downloads for iOS and Android. Through a dedicated interface, end users are now easily informed about the mobile app and can download it directly by scanning QR codes, simplifying the installation process. This streamlined integration enhances visibility and makes app onboarding quick and user-friendly, all without requiring access to external app stores.

The new Exchange Request Settings feature allows admins to fully customise whether requests for exchange operations are sent for specific currency pairs. This feature empowers administrators with more control over risk mitigation and management of exchange operations within the B2CORE Back Office.

B2CORE’s integrations with RudderStack and Amplitude provide clients with powerful analytical tools to receive and transmit user activity in real-time, offering extensive customisation options. Clients can easily set up RudderStack in the External Connections section of the B2CORE Back Office, enabling them to monitor key metrics, optimise operations, and refine marketing strategies. Currently, the B2CORE team has implemented a New User Registration event, with plans to expand the available event tracking options in the future.
