This release introduces a Currency Exchange Module for seamless conversions, integration with Zendesk for improved customer support, and a host of performance upgrades to ensure a smoother user experience.

New Currency Exchange Module
The new Currency Exchange Module makes it easy to convert currencies directly in the app, whether you’re working with fiat-to-crypto, crypto-to-fiat, crypto-to-crypto, or traditional exchanges. You, as a business, can customise the module’s exchange settings, such as currency pairs and preferred rate providers, according to your requirements — all through the B2CORE Back Office.
The app gives users real-time rates that can be updated from the app interface, helping them make informed decisions quickly. This module makes managing transactions smooth and hassle-free, giving you and your end-users full control over finances while keeping up with market changes.
Zendesk Integration for Customer Support
We’ve integrated Zendesk with the app to make customer support faster and easier. Now, users can create and track support tickets directly from their Android devices, saving time and making it simpler to get help when needed.
The app also connects to Zendesk’s Knowledge Base, so users can quickly find answers to common questions without waiting. The new addition ensures your clients stay informed and have a smooth experience whenever they need support.
How to Access the B2CORE Android App
The B2CORE Android App 2.1, as well as the iOS app, are available for download directly through the B2CORE Web interface. This feature simplifies the distribution process, ensuring that brokers can offer the mobile app to their end-users quickly and without hassle.
To get started with the B2CORE Android App, follow these steps:
- Contact your account manager: Reach out to your account manager to request the app for your business.
- Tailored setup by B2CORE: Our team will customise and prepare the app in just a few days.
- Client access configuration: Enable settings in the B2CORE Web interface so your clients can easily download the app directly from your website and through B2CORE Web.
The B2CORE Android App is currently available through a dedicated APK downloading option. This allows for direct installation without the need to register on Google Play, a process that can often be time-consuming for brokerages.
We are actively working on launching the app on Google Play soon. For brokers with Google Play accounts, both APK and Google Play options will be available, allowing them to choose either or both as they prefer.
