You control whether your strategy is discoverable. Public accounts appear on the leaderboard; private accounts are hidden.
In Settings → Privacy, set the Status. Public (Visible) accounts can be found and followed by any investor on the leaderboard. Private accounts are hidden — only people you give a subscription code to can find and follow them.
Going private is great for managing a small, invite-only group. See Share access with a subscription code.
