How Rollovers Affect Deposits and Withdrawals

Why PAMM deposits and withdrawals are processed on the next rollover cycle.

For clients

PAMM uses a rollover cycle — a point when the master’s trading results are updated and distributed between investors, and all queued deposit, withdrawal, and unsubscription requests are executed together. This is why PAMM money movements aren’t instant.

Depositing to a PAMM Account

Deposits can only be made to PAMM investment accounts — no direct balance operations are allowed on PAMM master accounts. A master is funded through the investment account that was automatically created and subscribed when the master was set up.

  1. Open Transfers (or click Transfer in the account row)

The Transfer button on an investment account is enabled only once it’s subscribed to a master.

  2. Pick the source and destination

From: your wallet. To: the PAMM investment account. Both must be in the same currency; transfers between two PAMM investment accounts are prohibited.

  3. Enter the amount and confirm

Type an amount or use the 25% / 50% / 75% / 100% shortcuts, click Transfer, then confirm. This creates a deposit request rather than moving money instantly.

The request appears with the In Progress status in your transfer history and as a pending request on the account. It is executed during the next rollover on the master account — after that the funds are in the pool.

Withdrawing from a PAMM Account

Withdrawals work the same way in reverse: transfer from the PAMM investment account to your wallet, and the withdrawal request executes at the next rollover. Two things to keep in mind:

  • Withdrawing your entire balance automatically unsubscribes the investment account from the master.
  • If the master sets a minimum deposit and your remaining balance would fall below it, you either reduce the amount or withdraw and unsubscribe.
  • If the master lacks free margin to cover the withdrawal, the system automatically partially closes master positions during the rollover to release funds.

The Requests Page

Every PAMM account has a Requests page listing pending requests (waiting for the next rollover) and the history of executed ones. As an investor you can cancel any request while it’s still pending — click Cancel and it moves to the history with the Cancelled status.

Request statuses: Pending (waiting for the rollover), Success, Partial (a withdrawal was executed for the available amount only), Fail, and Cancelled. On a master account, the Requests page lists investors’ pending requests, and the trader can execute them individually or all at once — if an investor has several requests including an unsubscription, the unsubscription wins and their other requests are cancelled.

Rollover Settings on Your Master Account

If you run a PAMM master, its rollover schedule is under Settings → Rollover schedule in the account details. Depending on what the broker allows, you can pick Manual (you trigger rollovers yourself) or Scheduled (automatic at selected hours, with a freeze period before each run during which new requests wait for the following cycle).

This pooled timing keeps every investor’s share fair. For the full mechanics, see the Concepts section’s PAMM allocation articles.
