Accounts that are no longer in use can be archived. Archived accounts are hidden from the default view but can be revealed when you need them.
Reveal Archived Accounts
On the master and investor lists, use the Archived accounts toggle to include archived rows alongside (or instead of) active ones.
Archiving an account closes its positions, cancels subscriptions, and settles fees, while the balance remains. An archived account is kept for the record rather than deleted.
