The Partner Referral Split Report shows how much of the fees collected on master accounts was credited to partners. You tell it which masters to look at, and you describe each agreement: a name, the source accounts, and the dates. Generating the report does not pay anyone, and it does not save what you typed.

In the Admin panel sidebar, expand Clients.
Select Partner Referral Report
The menu item sits next to Transactions. The page title is Partner Referral Split Report.

Fill in One Agreement
Masters sits above the agreement. Type the master account IDs the fees were collected for, separated by commas. These are strategy accounts, not the partner accounts that received a share. For one master, type 41002. For two, type 41002, 41088.
Arrangement 1 is the first agreement. The number is only its place on the form. Use it when one deal covers a set of source accounts and a date range. A second deal, with other accounts or other dates, is another arrangement.
| Field | Example | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Masters | 41002 or 41002, 41088 | Required. Master accounts whose collected fees are included. |
| Name | Q1 partner share | Required. Your label. The report prints it above this agreement’s tables. |
| Source accounts (comma-separated) | 62015, 62016, or leave empty | Accounts the fee was collected from. Empty means every source account of the masters above. |
| Period from | 01 Jan 2026 | Required. First date of the agreement. Credits before this date are left out. Pick the day in the calendar. |
| Period to | 31 Mar 2026, or leave empty | Last date to include. Empty means up to the moment you generate the report. |
The numbers above are examples of what to type. Use the account IDs from your own platform. Masters and Source accounts accept only positive account IDs separated by commas. Anything else, such as abc, shows Enter a comma-separated list of positive account IDs. An empty Period from shows Field is required.

Add Another Agreement
Select Add arrangement when the same masters have a second agreement, for example other source accounts or a later start date. The new block is Arrangement 2, and you fill Name, Source accounts, Period from, and Period to the same way. The masters stay the ones you entered at the top. Use the delete control to remove an extra arrangement. One arrangement must remain.
Overlapping agreements are added twice
Total referral accrued and Total commission collected add every arrangement together. A credit that matches two arrangements is counted in both, and therefore twice in those totals. Give each arrangement its own source accounts or its own dates.
Read the Result
Select Generate report. The button stays unavailable until Masters, Name, and Period from are valid. The result is a reading of credits that were already paid to partners. It does not create a payment.
The summary shows Total referral accrued and Total commission collected. Each arrangement then has four views of the same credits: By partner, By master, Monthly, and By source account.

| View | Columns |
|---|---|
| By partner | Partner account, Client ID, Accrued, Collected base, Effective %, Currency, Deposits, First accrual, Last accrual. |
| By master | Master, Accrued, Collected. |
| Monthly | Month, Accrued, Collected. |
| By source account | Source account, Accrued, Collected. |
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Accrued | The amount credited to the partner. |
| Collected and Collected base | The fee collected for those credits. When one fee is shared by several partners, it is split across them so the collected total does not count that fee once per partner. |
| Effective % | Accrued divided by Collected base. A value of 0.1 means the credit is one tenth of the collected base. The value is 0 when the collected base is 0. You do not type this percentage. |
| Deposits | How many partner credits are included. |
| First accrual and Last accrual | The dates of the earliest and latest credit for that partner. |
| Currency | The currency recorded on the partner credit. |
| Client ID | The client recorded on the credit. The cell shows a dash when no client is recorded. |
| Month | The calendar month of the credits, such as 2026-09. |
| Master | The master account the fee was collected for. |
| Source account | The account the fee was collected from. |
Totals are not converted
The summary adds the stored amounts. It does not convert different currencies into one currency.
What the Report Leaves Out
- Partner shares that are still pending, or that failed, are left out. Only shares that were successfully credited are included.
- The part of the fee that stays with the master is left out.
- Credits dated before Period from stay out of the report.
