When a master account is run jointly — say, the trader owns the account and a risk manager or market analyst helps manage it — you can allocate the helper a custom share of the fees the account earns. The helper is called a business partner.
How the fee is split
Fees are charged from subscribed investment accounts according to the master’s fee plan, then paid out in a fixed order:
- A percentage of the charged fee goes to the IB partner (if the investor was referred by one).
- A percentage of the remaining amount goes to the business partner.
- Whatever is left goes to the master account’s owner.
Add a business partner
Open the master account
Go to Masters under Copy Trading, MAM, or PAMM, and open the account you want to edit.
Open Partnership Settings
Switch to the Partnership Settings tab.
Add to the As Master section
Click +Add in the section named As Master (Sharing fees paid to this account).
Select the partner
Pick the client you want to reward and confirm with Select. The partner must be a registered client on the platform.
Set the reward
In the Account ID dropdown, choose the partner’s wallet or trading account that will receive the rewards, and enter the share in the % fees field.
Save
Click Save — the partner now receives the specified percentage of every fee the master earns.
As Master vs As Investor
The As Investor section (sharing fees paid by an account) can be filled automatically from the configured IB levels. The As Master section (sharing fees paid to the account) is always maintained manually — it exists precisely for these custom arrangements.
The total percentage across all business partners on one master account cannot exceed 100%.
