As 2025 draws to a close, I want to take a moment to articulate on the exciting journey our team has taken this year and to share with you the vision guiding us into 2026. This Founder’s Letter is not just a summary of achievements, but a reaffirmation of our commitment to building an ecosystem that empowers brokers, financial institutions, and their clients to thrive in an increasingly complex environment.

For over a decade, B2BROKER has been steadily rising in its prominence at the intersection of finance and technology. Since our launch in 2014, we have grown from a startup into a global infrastructure provider with a presence in 11 countries, a team of nearly 500 professionals, and a product suite designed to meet the diverse needs of financial institutions worldwide. In 2025, we strengthened this position further, evolving into a full-stack provider of brokerage infrastructure.

2025: A Year of Strengthening and Connecting the Ecosystem

The defining theme of 2025 was connectivity. Our focus was on making the B2BROKER ecosystem more seamless for daily operations — from CRM and client accounts to trading solutions and liquidity.

B2TRADER: Our trading platform continued to evolve, with the introduction of perpetual futures support. This addition reflects our commitment to staying ahead of market trends and providing brokers with tools that meet the demands of modern traders.

B2CORE: The CRM and back-office solution saw significant upgrades in scalability and reliability. We accelerated the update delivery cycle, ensuring that client feedback translated into product improvements faster than ever before.

B2COPY: Copy trading remained a popular feature among our clients, and in 2025, we focused on and successfully enhanced usability and performance. The goal was simple: to make copy trading more intuitive and rewarding for both brokers and their clients.

B2CONNECT: In 2025, the liquidity bridge was significantly upgraded to improve connectivity, execution, and broker control. We expanded exchange and liquidity integrations, enhanced FIX connectivity, and introduced a refreshed UI, giving brokers greater flexibility in routing, execution, and risk management workflows.

Our product suite, B2CORE, B2TRADER and B2COPY, has evolved into a comprehensive ecosystem, with each solution now represented by its own dedicated website, easily accessible from the main B2BROKER portal:

Our updated business structure makes it easier for clients to navigate, explore, and adopt the solutions most relevant to their business, while reinforcing our commitment to transparency and accessibility.

Ecosystem Expansion: Beyond individual products, we worked to ensure that the entire suite operates as a connected whole. Interoperability between systems was a major priority, reducing friction and enabling brokers to manage operations more efficiently.

Across the ecosystem, adoption continued to grow at a high level, with thousands of brokers and fintech firms worldwide now relying on our platforms daily. While we won’t cite precise figures here, the trajectory is clear: B2BROKER’s products are becoming the default infrastructure for a global community of financial institutions.

B2BROKER PRIME: A Milestone in Banking Credibility

One of the most significant developments of 2025 was the announcement that B2BROKER PRIME Investment Bank Ltd. obtained a Labuan Investment Bank licence from the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA).

Labuan IBFC is a well-established cross-border banking hub, recognised for pragmatic international rules and prudential supervision. With this licence, B2BROKER positions itself alongside global banking giants such as HSBC, JPMorgan, Standard Chartered, and Deutsche Bank.

For our clients, this milestone means more than prestige. It enhances credibility, accelerates delivery, and provides reassurance that a fully licensed investment bank now supports all services. This achievement underscores our long-term vision of building not just software, but a complete financial ecosystem backed by regulatory strength.

Industry Recognition

Throughout 2025, our efforts were recognised across the industry. While awards are not the goal, they serve as a reflection of the trust our clients place in us and the results we deliver.

  • May: Best Liquidity Provider at the Forex Traders Summit in Dubai.
  • August: Leading White Label Propfirm Solution Provider at Money Expo India.
  • November: Best White Label Solution at FMLS:25 London Expo

These recognitions highlight the breadth of our impact — from liquidity provision to white‑label solutions — and reinforce our role as a leader in fintech infrastructure.

At the same time, we continued to strengthen our ecosystem through partnerships and product innovation. In 2025, we announced collaborations with Finery Markets, Your Bourse, Nullpoint CRM, Devexperts (Dxtrade), and FXCubic, while also progressing on a strategic partnership between B2TRADER and TradingView. Each of these integrations reflects our commitment to working with leading industry players to deliver more connected solutions.

At B2BROKER, every update, integration, and new product launch is a direct response to client feedback. In 2025, we accelerated our delivery cycle, ensuring that improvements reached clients faster. Service quality was a central focus, with our support teams working tirelessly to reduce friction and frustration in daily operations.

Vision for 2026: Simplifying Complexity, Building a Unified Ecosystem

Looking ahead, 2026 will be a year of strategic simplification. Financial markets are evolving rapidly, with technology becoming smarter, client needs and expectations becoming more complex, and regulations more pressing. Our mission is to help brokers earn and scale in this environment without increasing operational burden or infrastructure risks.

The strategic framework for 2026 includes:

Reducing Complexity: We will focus on simplifying products, processes, and communication. Brokers and their clients should experience an ecosystem that is intuitive and easy to navigate.

Enhancing User Experience: Simplification will extend to the user interface and workflows, making the logic of the ecosystem more understandable and accessible.

Unified Ecosystem: We will continue moving towards a fully unified ecosystem, where CRM, trading, liquidity, and investment banking services operate seamlessly together.

Long-Term Impact: Our strategic changes will be designed to have lasting effects on the brokerage business, ensuring resilience and scalability in a competitive and regulated environment.

Closing Thoughts

2025 was a year of strengthening, connecting, and expanding. We built credibility with the Labuan licence, enhanced our product suite, accelerated delivery, and earned recognition across the industry. But most importantly, we deepened our relationship with clients, listening to feedback and delivering solutions that matter.

As we enter 2026, our vision is clear: to simplify complexity, unify the ecosystem, and empower brokers to succeed without friction.
