New Commissions Structure
At B2Broker, we are always looking for ways to empower our clients. That’s why we’ve completely redefined the commission system. Now there is no need to set a role for each user since we’ve launched a flexible group system where your admins can set the any desired conditions for the groups of users. Moreover, for each group, it is possible to set the commission for the selected instruments. This powerful feature gives our clients more control than ever before. Updated UI
Our development team has added a series of helpful tips that fundamentally boost the user experience. Now it is much easier to understand the interface of the trading platform since all the components are now filled with informative descriptions. In addition, we will update the tips regularly to ensure that they always reflect the latest changes to the platform.
Users choose their qualification level at the onboarding stage: New, Experienced, or Professional. Depending on the user’s experience, they are offered different scenarios that explain all the details of the trading platform. For example, if a user chooses the Newcomer option, they will be given a step-by-step guide to using the platform, including how to place trades and manage their account. Experienced users, on the other hand, will be presented with more advanced scenarios that cover topics such as market analysis and risk management. By offering these different options, we ensure that all users have a positive experience when onboarding and can get the most out of our platform.
Client ID Reports
The product team’s efforts to reduce manual operations for our clients have paid off with this latest update. Registration of activities for local financial regulators is now a simple process, thanks to the inclusion of unique client identifiers — client_IDs. Together with email, these IDs are uploaded to all pages where the user is presented, including transfers, transaction/trades, transaction/orders, balance/users, and commission/users. This streamlines the process and makes it easier for our clients to comply with regulations. We’re proud to offer this new level of service and efficiency to our valued customers.
New Pair Field Update
In the field of creating a new pair Settings → Markets → Add Market + Edit Market, the hint areas have been improved. The areas have also been supplemented with error notifications. Now the user can see what should be entered in the fields and can no longer save an invalid market. This change will help to ensure that all markets are correctly set up and will function as intended.
Optimized Filters
The PnL field in the admin panel has been updated to include a filter by year option. This will allow for a more straightforward analysis of customer data. The field will now show the year the customer’s data was last updated, making it easier to track changes. The update also includes several other bug fixes and improvements.
