Let’s review the new features of the B2CORE V20 update.
Cleaner, Faster Dashboards
We have updated the user’s dashboard on the Web version, adding sharper UI/UX designs, providing a more intuitive navigation for traders that ensures consistency, and removing unnecessary distractions.
Users can now switch between balances (All, Trading Accounts, Wallets) to view how their funds are allocated and display the amounts in a chosen base currency.
We have also placed the Deposit button more prominently to facilitate quick funding, while keeping secondary financial operations (Withdraw, Transfer, Internal Transfer, Exchange) accessible but less dominant.
The user portfolio is now more interactive, displaying the top assets more visibly and providing a clearer picture of the fund breakdown. Traders can also utilise the Balance Dynamic chart to track changes in portfolio value over time, facilitating accurate analysis and monitoring.
Other changes include the following improvements:
- Adding Trading Accounts rail
- Instant trading with one click
- Direct top-ups with preference for direct deposits when available
- Displaying the four recent operations using the Last Transactions widget

Upgraded Twilio Function for Better Outreach
We have also optimised the Twilio Voice integration, making it more flexible and giving managers more control for managing client calls.
Now, a modal window appears after clicking the call icon in a client contact card, where the manager can choose from the connected Twilio numbers that will appear as the Caller ID for the client.
This improvement helps managers choose local numbers when contacting clients, increasing pickup rates, enhancing outreach effectiveness, and boosting trust when calls come from familiar numbers.
