The company has adjusted the price of its packages for all three products to make them more accessible to a broader range of businesses. Changes in Fees
Set-up fees are a thing of the past for B2Trader, MarksMan, and B2Core customers. All three products are now available without any set-up fees. These are significant savings for customers, who previously would have had to pay a one-time charge of $25,000 for B2Trader and $2000 for MarksMan. The elimination of set-up fees will make it easier for customers to get started with these products and save them money in the long run. In addition, eliminating set-up fees will make it easier for customers to scale their use of these products as their needs change. It is a win-win for both customers and the companies that provide these products.
For B2Broker to do away with set-up fees and offer such incredible savings to our customers, we’ve amended our service agreement. There is now a mandatory three-month upfront payment for new clients of B2Trader, Marksman Liquidity Hub, or B2Core. This change will help streamline our billing process while simultaneously providing significant cost savings and innovative solutions to our clients.
For B2Trader customers, AWS Invoice is no longer a separate payment. B2Broker will continue to provide this excellent service free of charge, covering the cost ourselves. The only thing our clients need to pay is the monthly payment. We hope this change will make it easier for our customers to manage their finances and provide them with more savings.
Changes in the Product
To provide our clients with the best possible trading experience, we have reworked our packaging system for B2Trader to make it more straightforward and user-friendly. Now, all packages offer full functionality, and the distinction between them is very simple: the number of trading instruments and the depth of the order book. You can take the Standard package if you want a minimum number of pairs with a simple order book. However, if you need to list many coins and tokens, then the Enterprise package with 100 pairs and a 100×100 order book is the right choice for you!
Furthermore, we have removed the limit of supported external liquidity providers in the Advanced package for the MarksMan Liquidity Hub. This change will make it simpler for all the clients, providing them with more flexibility and choice. With this update, all clients can connect to an unlimited number of external liquidity providers, allowing them to offer trading services confidently, knowing they have access to the best prices in the market.
The B2Core team is also introducing Customer Queues! With a regular Customer Queue available for Standard and Advanced packages, and a dedicated Queue for the Enterprise package, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. All the teams are already informed, and we are currently in the process of analyzing requests. However, once approved, all Enterprise package tasks will receive priority. We believe this new system will significantly enhance our ability to serve our customers.
In addition, we have removed all “coming soon” package features to make it more transparent and clear on what we offer and what we do not. It means that if a feature is not included in a package, it will not be available until it is released in a future update. We want to be as honest and upfront with our customers as possible so that they can make informed decisions about which package is right for them.
We have updated all integrations and incorporated more modern features to represent the products accurately. We are confident that these updates will improve your experience and make it more enjoyable.
The Prices
We have also updated our pricing structure to be more straightforward and transparent. We have three core products: B2Trader, MarksMan, and B2Core. Since there are no longer set-up fees or additional charges for services but just a monthly payment, the prices are as follows:
- For B2Core, the Standard package is $1,000 USD/month, the Advanced package is $1,500 USD/month, and the Enterprise package is $2,500 USD/month.
- For B2Trader, the Standard package is $6,000 USD/month, the Advanced package is $8,000 USD/month, and the Enterprise package is $10,000 USD/month.
- For MarksMan, the Standard package is $1,000 USD/month, the Advanced package is $2,000 USD/month, and the Enterprise package is $3,000 USD/month (plus Hedging Trade Volume).
