The Properties tab on an investor account holds its core facts and the same kinds of controls available on a master, scoped to an investor.
What You Can Review and Do
- General information — login, platform, balance, equity, credit, leverage, currency, and status.
- Rights and visibility relevant to an investor account.
- Reset password — generate and email a new trading-account password.
- Change account type — when the account is clear of subscriptions, positions, and payouts.
- Archive account — close positions, cancel subscriptions, and settle fees.
Reset, change-type, and archive are mutating actions on a real account — use them deliberately, and avoid triggering them on shared records.
