Terminating a subscription unsubscribes the investment account from the master. A terminated subscription can later be restored — the account is resubscribed and copying starts again.
What Happens on Termination
- If the investment account holds open positions, the Keep positions on unsub product setting decides whether they are closed or kept. See Product trading settings.
- If positions can’t be closed because the trading session is closed, the link is marked Unsub in progress and the positions are closed when the session resumes.
- In both cases, outstanding fees are deducted according to the subscription’s fee plan before the link is terminated.
Terminate a Subscription
Open the links list
Expand the Copy Trading, PAMM, or MAM menu and go to Links. Make sure you are in the correct platform instance.
Unsubscribe
Click the Actions button (⋮) in the subscription row and choose Unsubscribe — or open the link details via the Link ID column and click Unsubscribe there.
Confirm
Confirm the action. The status changes to Unsubscribed once the process completes.

Restore a Subscription
When a link is restored, whether the master’s currently open positions are copied to the investor depends on the Copy on resub and Copy only new on resub product settings — see Product trading settings.
Find the terminated link
On the Links page, locate the unsubscribed link (clear the active-only filters if needed).
Restore it
Click the Actions button (⋮) in its row and choose Restore Link — or open the link details and click Restore Link there.
Confirm
Confirm the action. The status changes back to Subscribed.
Termination is a financial event: fees are charged and positions may be force-closed. On a shared demo, prefer reading the flow over executing it.
