Copy Trading and MAM accounts — both master and investment — are funded by transferring money from the client’s wallet (payment account) or from another of the client’s copy-trading/MAM accounts.
The Rules
- Transfers are only possible between wallets and accounts denominated in the same currency.
- The transfer amount is debited from the source account and credited to the destination as a balance operation on the trading server.
- If your deployment requires approval for transfers, the operation is created as a request and executed once an administrator approves it (such requests carry the Investment Transfer type).
Where to Do It
Client-side (preferred)
Clients fund their own accounts in the Web UI via Transfers — see Fund an account quickly in the user guide. As an admin you normally only monitor these operations.
Admin-side balance operation
To credit an account manually, open it under Copy Trading / MAM → Masters or Investors, switch to the History Loader tab, and create a deposit balance operation. This requires the financial-operations right.
Verify the result
Check the account’s Balance on its Properties tab, and the operation record under Clients → Transactions → Transfers.

In full solutions integrated with B2CORE, client deposits (card, crypto, bank) land on the wallet through the CRM cashier first; B2COPY only moves money between the wallet and the trading accounts.
Manual balance operations move real balances on the trading server. Double-check the account, currency, and amount before saving.
