PAMM Links and Rollover

How PAMM subscriptions and reallocation work on rollover.

For admins

PAMM links record an investor’s participation in a pool. Unlike copy trading, money movements on PAMM accounts aren’t executed immediately — they become requests that are processed on the rollover cycle, when the pool is reallocated across investors.

Create a PAMM Subscription

In PAMM, each investment account can be subscribed to only one master account — multiple subscriptions on a single investment account aren’t allowed.

  1. Expand the PAMM menu and go to Links

If you run several platform instances, switch to the correct one in the upper-left corner.

  2. Click Create

    The Create Link popup opens.

  3. Fill in the accounts

Select the master and investor platforms, then enter the master account number in MA Login and the investment account number in IA Login.

  4. Choose the options

Enable Send Email to notify both clients with subscription details. Enable the subs/unsub balance operation checkbox to create zero-balance operations with tracking comments on both accounts.

  5. Click Create

The new subscription appears on the Links page.

How Rollover Works

A rollover updates the trading results gained on the PAMM master account, distributes the outcome between subscribed investors, and executes the queued deposit, withdrawal, and unsubscription requests. It is triggered manually by the master account owner or runs scheduled at configured times. Immediately before a scheduled rollover there is a freeze period during which new investor requests aren’t accepted — anything submitted then waits for the next rollover.

View and Execute Pending Requests on a Master

  1. Go to PAMM → Masters and open the account

Click the account number in the Account Login column.

  2. Open the Balance tab

The Pending deposit/withdrawal requests grid lists everything queued for the next rollover — type, source and target accounts, amount, and status.

  3. Execute requests

Click Execute in a request row to process just that request, or Execute All in the corner to process the whole queue without waiting for the rollover.

Executed requests move to the Executed deposit/withdrawal requests grid below, which keeps the full history including cancelled items.

Cancel Pending Requests on an Investment Account

  1. Go to PAMM → Investors and open the account

Click the account number to open the investment account details.

  2. Open the Balance tab

The pending requests created by this investor are listed.

  3. Click Cancel in the request row

The request gets the Cancelled status and moves to the executed list.

Per-Master Rollover Settings

Each PAMM master carries its own Rollover Schedule section on the Properties tab: the rollover type (Manual or Scheduled), the scheduled start times, and the freeze duration. New masters inherit the defaults from PAMM → Settings.
