Product Web UI Settings

Control what the client web interface shows for this product.

For admins

The Web UI Settings tab on a product’s Settings page controls which trading data and options clients see in the Web UI — from Leaderboard columns and Statistics-page charts to the fees traders may include in their plans and the buttons investors can press on their subscriptions.

Open the Web UI Settings Tab

  1. Expand the Copy Trading, PAMM, or MAM menu

Each product has its own independent set of Web UI settings.

  2. Go to Settings

If you run several platform instances (MT4, MT5, cTrader), make sure you are in the correct instance — switch with the selector in the upper-left corner.

  3. Open the Web UI Settings tab

The tab groups its toggles into the sections described below. Changes apply to every client of this product.

Show on Leaderboard

Toggles that show or hide account information on the Leaderboard:

ToggleWhat it shows
Account Age (Days)The number of days since the master account was created, regardless of whether any balance or trading operations have been executed on it.
Assets under management (AUM)The total amount of investor funds managed on the master account. Always displayed in USD — a key indicator of the strategy’s traction.
CountryThe trader’s country, shown as a flag next to the account.

Show on Statistics Page

Toggles that show or hide trading data on account Statistics pages. A master’s Statistics page is visible to investors, so these settings decide what information a prospective subscriber can review before committing funds.

ToggleWhat it shows
Balance/Equity ChartThe master account’s balance and equity over time — the growth and performance trend at a glance.
EquityThe current equity of the master account in USD, including floating PnL on open positions and broker-credited funds.
Profit FactorThe ratio of total profit to total loss — insight into the strategy’s effectiveness and risk management.
Max. DrawdownThe largest peak-to-trough decline recorded on the account.
Realized PnLThe total profit or loss from closed trades — the account’s actual earnings.
Monthly ReturnPerformance month by month, useful for assessing consistency.
Instruments ChartThe distribution of trades across instruments, showing which markets the trader focuses on.
Number of PositionsThe total count of open and closed positions on the master account.
Fee PlanThe master’s fee plan — the one investors accept when they subscribe.
Open PositionsCurrently open positions. You can additionally show or hide specific columns: Size, Open Date, Open Time, Duration, Swap, Profit, and Position ID.
Closed PositionClosed positions for analyzing past performance. Columns you can show or hide: Size, Open Date, Open Time, Close Date, Close Time, Duration, Swap, Profit, and Position ID.

Show on Leaderboard & Statistics Page

Toggles that apply to master accounts on both pages at once:

ToggleWhat it shows
Account NameThe name assigned to the master account.
Account PictureThe picture applied to the master account, shown as its icon.
Client’s NicknameThe trader’s nickname — personalizes the account and makes it recognizable.
Show ScoreThe account’s score, awarded from trading parameters such as Return, Max Drawdown, and Profit Factor.
FollowersThe number of subscribed investment accounts, plus subscriptions and unsubscriptions over the last 7 days.

Default Master’s Positions Visibility

Selects how much position data the Statistics pages of newly created master accounts expose. Both dropdowns — one for open positions, one for closed — accept the same three values:

  • Yes — show all available data about positions.
  • Yes, with hidden open time/price — show everything except the opening time and price (protects the strategy from being reverse-engineered).
  • No — hide positions entirely.

These defaults apply to all newly created master accounts and override the per-product open/closed position settings from the Show on Statistics group. Owners can still adjust visibility per account later.

Show on Trading Report

ToggleApplies toWhat it does
DealsCopy Trading, MAMShows the Deals tab on the Trading Report page for both master and investment accounts. If disabled, the tab is hidden.
Trading Report for InvestorPAMM, MAMShows the Trading Report page to investors viewing their investment account details. If disabled, the page isn’t available to them.

Fee Settings

Selects which fees traders can include in the fee plans they create for their master accounts in the Web UI — Performance Fee, Subscription Fee, Profit Fee, Management Fee, Trade Fee, and Joining Fee. For each enabled fee, specify:

  • Periods — one or more periods traders may choose for charging the fee: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Never.
  • Max Value (%) — the maximum percentage that can be charged, or No Limit.
  • Max Value ($) — the maximum USD amount that can be charged, or No Limit.

Set a maximum allowed value for each fee — otherwise master account owners can put excessively high rates into their fee plans.

Subscription Options Settings

Toggles that show or hide the controls clients use to manage their subscriptions:

ToggleApplies toWhat it does
Close Position ButtonCopy Trading, MAMShows a Close position button next to each copied open position. In copy trading, investors close positions on their own accounts at market price; in MAM, the managing trader closes positions on subscribed accounts.
Edit Loss LimitAllLets investors assign risk limits to their subscriptions — the Loss Limit field on the Subscriptions page becomes editable.
Reverse CopyingCopy Trading, MAMShows the Reverse Copy option per subscription. When on, sell positions on the master are copied as buy on the investor account, and vice versa.
Pause CopyingCopy Trading, MAMShows the Pause Copy option per subscription. While paused, new master positions aren’t copied — but fee payments continue per the fee plan.
Detach Position ButtonCopy Trading, MAMShows a Detach position button per open position. A detached position is managed independently — closing it on the master no longer affects the investor account.
Allocation MethodCopy TradingShows the Allocation Method field per subscription so investors can switch the method applied to their subscription. Use Allowed allocation methods to restrict the list they can pick from.

Risk Ratio Settings

Applicable to copy trading only. Controls whether investors can see and edit the risk ratio applied to their subscriptions:

  • Risk Ratio Option — shows the Risk Ratio field for each subscription on the Subscriptions page.
  • Allow to Edit — lets investors modify the field. Click Edit to define the allowed range with Min Value and Max Value; investors can only pick ratios inside it.

Account Properties

Toggles that control which self-service actions are available on master and investment accounts:

ToggleWhat it does
Minimum DepositShows the Minimum deposit section in master account details so owners can set an entry threshold for investors.
Subscription CodeShows the Subscription code section in master account details so owners can restrict access to their strategy with a code.
Reset password for Master accountShows the Reset Password button on the Settings page of master accounts.
Reset password for Investor accountShows the Reset Password button on the Settings page of investment accounts.
Deposits/Withdrawals buttonStandalone solutions only. Shows the Transfer button in account rows so clients can move funds to and from their accounts, including during account creation and subscribing. Hiding it does not hide the separate Transfers menu.

Best practice for controlling money movement: combine the Deposits/Withdrawals button visibility with the product-level permissions (Deposit, Transfer deposit, Withdraw, Transfer withdraw) assigned to the products the accounts are created from.
