Archiving retires a master account that is no longer in use. The Archive account action sits on the Properties tab.
What Archiving Does
Selecting Archive account opens a confirmation. Archiving closes positions, cancels subscriptions, and settles fees; the account’s balance stays. The account is kept for the record and can be revealed with the Archived accounts toggle.
Archiving is disruptive — it ends subscriptions and closes positions. Open the action to learn it, but don’t confirm on a shared account.
