Master Promo Offers

Discounted fee plans behind a promo code, optionally split with partners.

For admins

The Promo Offers tab lets a master offer subscriptions under a more favorable fee plan than the default one, gated behind a promo code. Investors who have the code apply it when subscribing and get the discounted terms. A master can have several offers at once.

Create a Promo Offer

  1. Open the master and go to the Promo Offers tab

Expand Copy Trading, PAMM, or MAMMasters, click the account number, then open Promo Offers.

  2. Click Create

The Create Promo Offer popup opens.

  3. Describe the offer

Enter a Short Description and a unique Promo Code (letters, numbers, or both). Optionally set an Expiration date.

  4. Attach the fee plan

Under Fee Plan, pick Available and select an existing plan by its ID, or pick Create New and fill in the discounted rates right in the form.

  5. Click Create

The offer gets an identifier and appears in the list. Offers can be edited or deleted when no longer needed.

Set an Expiration Date

Use Expiration date to limit how long investors can start new subscriptions with the promo code. The field is optional: leave it empty when the offer should remain available indefinitely.

  1. Choose a future date

In the create or edit form, select Expiration date. The earliest available date is tomorrow; today and past dates cannot be selected.

  2. Save the offer

Click Create or Update. The date appears in the Expiration date column on the Promo Offers tab. Offers without an expiration date show a dash in that column.

  3. Change or remove the date if needed

Open the offer for editing to choose another future date. Clear the field to make the promo code available indefinitely.

What happens when the date is reached

The promo code expires at 00:00 UTC on the selected date. Investors can no longer use it to start a new subscription, but subscriptions created earlier keep their discounted fee plan.

Share Fees with Multiple Partners

A promo offer can redirect part of the master’s fees to one or more partners — a lightweight alternative to a full IB program. Enable the For Partners toggle in the create or edit form, then add one row for each partner.

  • Partner Platform — the trading server where the partner account is registered.
  • Partner Account — the account number to which that partner’s rewards are allocated.
  • Partner Percent — the share of fees from investors who subscribed using this promo code that goes to that partner.
  1. Enable partner sharing

Turn on For Partners in the promo offer form.

  2. Add the first partner

Fill in the partner platform, account, and percentage.

  3. Add more partners

Click Add Partner for every additional partner, then complete the new row. Use Remove Partner to delete a row.

  4. Save the offer

Click Create or Update after checking every account and percentage.

The total of all partner percentages may be less than or equal to 100%; it does not have to equal 100%. A total above 100% is rejected. For example, 50% + 30% + 10% = 90% is valid, and the remaining 10% is not distributed to a partner.

Enable the Client UI control separately

To let a master configure partner rows from the Client UI, enable Show For Partners block in Web UI Settings → Account Properties for the relevant product. The Admin Panel For Partners fields can still be used by an operator independently.

Creating an offer publishes a real discounted plan. Open the create form to learn it without submitting on a shared master.
